LOVE this new find - family brunch and it was fantastic. Many delicious menu options for breakfast and lunch, or mix it up. I ordered the NY Steak Dip which came with a side salad and the most delicious balsamic dressing (should have asked for the recipe). My husband ordered the Eggs Benedict and couldn't decide which to have so the wait staff offered him all three (dungeness crab, canadian bacon and florentine). This was one happy guy! We are talking platters of food - side choices are plentiful and varied. Reasonable prices, great bar, great service! We will definitely be back for dinner/Happy Hour - maybe on a sunny day and sit outside. The view is amazing, lots of activity on and around the waterfront. The only downside would be the small parking lot (maybe 10 spaces) with one handicapped stall and it has many stairs so it's not wheelchair accessible.

This restaurant has a very nice happy hour menu; but they insist on having the music so loud people have to almost scream to be heard by each other. Try to go at the lunch hour or perhaps for breakfast when it may not be quite so loud. A request to the "shift manager" to lower the music was met agreeably (and lasted about five minutes and was then turned up again). What is it restaurants don't understand - people want to talk with their partners/guests and be heard. They don't want to have to shout over the music. Perhaps the very young wait staff wants to hear loud music; but they are not the ones paying the bill - the guests are. Be happy that their happy hour prices are reasonable because most people would not put up with all that loud music if there were not some benefit in terms of low prices. If a quieter setting is what you would like, don't stop here . . .move on to Trellis or the living room at the Beach Cafe. Your hearing is worth something!

If you are looking for a great place to stop for dinner after hanging out on or at the lake this place is perfect. The special of the night almost always tempts me (e.g. steak medallions with a lobster bisque on top - yum). My daughters favorite is getting the smores, you get to roast your marshmallows right at your table. They have a dock for your boat so if you have been on the lake all day - no problem. In the winter they have the fireplace to keep you warm while you look out at Lake Washington.

You just cant beat the view!! its a causual feel but we have celebrated special events here and dressed up, as well. We usually go for happy hour early because its not too crowded and we always get "our table" by the window/fireplace. Usually get 3 hh appetizers for $5-$6.00 ea. and a drink. The chairs could b a little more comfy but watching the sunset over the water and the lights of seattle start to flicker then eventually they come alive...well, it makes it a special event every time. You can spend 10.00 for a hamburger (our sons favorite) salads r good, not great for $13., and then more expensive entrees' for 18-30$ if ur looking for luxury dining, this is not the place, but after a busy day at the office, shopping or meeting friends, its great!
