“BYO pack n play if traveling with infants”
Reviewed May 19, 2007

Wonderful location, nice comfortable room, large bathroom, beautiful view of lake. Only complaint was that we brought our four month old daughter, and the 'crib' that they supplied was a very old, rather haggard looking pack n play, which didn't come with bedding initially. When the bedding was brought to our room, it was a standard sized sheet and blanked (for a queen sized bed!). Obviously that kind of loose bedding would be a safety hazard so we didn't use it. We were able to fashion a crib sheet from a pillow case, and thankfully we had brought a few blankets and used those. We did receive a nice $25 gift card and welcome basket from a local baby shop, although I don't think that had anything to do with the crib bedding since we didn't complain about it. I would stay there again, but would bring our own pack and play!!!

The Woodmark was everything i had hoped for and more. The place was quiet, except for a wedding going on in a tent outside one evening. but it was over by 9pm. the view was spectacular, and the room was so cozy, i never would have guessed i was so close to downtown Seattle. Great extras throughout the room and the hotel. The staff was helpful. My only complaints was the restaurant was pricey, expecially for breakfast. Otherwise a perfect stay all around! I can't wait to return

I spent two weeks in a junior suite at The Woodmark. This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Everything was first class and I can't think of anything I would have wanted to be different. The people were incredible - always willing to do whatever you asked or needed. The room was great with twice daily maid service. The food at the hotel was excellent. Absolutely a phenomenal place to stay with beautiful views of Lake Washington. We took advantage of the complimentary boat tour of the lake on the hotel's boat. Only six people on the boat and the captain was great giving us all sorts of interesting pieces of information.

I would highly recommend the Woodmark for any occasion.

We stayed at the Woodmark for three nights during our honeymoon. We had a parlor suite that we "won" on Luxurylink. We were treated as well as if we had paid top dollar. The hotel is newly refurbished, with special detail paid to the large bathroom and the very comfortable bed. The Woodmark overlooks Lake Washington, and it provides a tranquil and romantic atmosphere. It is located about 20 minutes from Seattle, the wineries, and Bellevue. After spending time in the City of Seattle, which is congested and bustling, it was great to go back to our hotel in the suburbs.

The hotel provides robes and sliippers and a complimentary two hour boat tour around the lake. The food at the restaurant was excellent and not as expensive as I was led to believe by other writers on TA.

We had some problems with the door (got stuck), and toilet, which were fixed shortly after we complained to the staff. Despite these problems, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at the Woodmark. The staff was very attentive and accomodating. We had a problem with our sink one night and within 5 minutes of notifying the front desk, a repairman was at our room. The food at Waters isn't the best you'll find in the Northwest, but it is pretty good and it has a great view of Seattle over Lake Washington. All of the amenities seemed brand new including two 32 inch LCD televisions and the bathroom sink, tub and fixtures. The bathtub is very large and there are two shower heads (one directly overhead and one on the side). The view from our balcony was wonderful. There was no noise to be heard from either Waters nor the tent set up for weddings, etc. I recommend the Woodmark highly.
