Clean, quiet and efficient at half the price of many area hotels. We were thrilled with our stay and will come back again.

After reading some of the reviews on customer service problems, I was a little concerned, but booked anyway. When I arrived, I was greated by Christina who was VERY friendly! The room was clean and well maintained. A little room to room noise, but not all that bad. Nightshift Debbie was "over the top" friendly, and a hoot to chat with. After meeting Rosa, I could understand why people had a problem with customer service at times. I do not think that she intentionally means to come across rude, just young and inexperienced. She needs to re-train on how to come across friendly and polite.
Pool was clean, and coffee was kept fresh all day long. Morning food was fresh and easy to indulge. I stayed 3 nights, and couldn't be happier with the stay. I have stayed at most of the hotels in this area, and would recomend this one over most of them!

We were very pleased with everything about this Cedars Inn... the staff couldn't have been friendlier, the room was incredibly comfortable and lovely, and included a microwave and fridge, which we are always glad to have when traveling. The addition of free breakfast is appreciated, and we are especially grateful for the offer of military rates. The ambiance of this hotel made us feel like we were the most important people they were welcoming that day.

Room was adjacent to area where breakfast is served (very noisy). Asked to be moved; request denied. Room decor very dark; no ventilation in bathrooms; toilet paper dispenser more than arm's reach away. First floor rooms easily accessible from street.

Decided to try the Cedars Inn and was pleasantly surprised by the rate and the room. The front desk staff was more than pleasant to deal with.

The lighting at the desk was very poor, so it was hard to get work done and the "fitness center" was a treadmill, bike, and a few free weights in a VERY SMALL, closet like space in the corner of the building. The bed was not very comfortable, although I've experienced worse and the walls were so thin I could hear everything going on through the floor. Breakfast was also very poor, just coffee, juice, sweet cereals, etc. No fruit, yogurt, or anything healthy.

The only thing I can say is that the ladies at the front desk were friendly and the location is fairly central and convenient. The internet connection was pretty good too, so that was a plus. I will also say, if you are considering visiting the Tri-Cities area, there are much nicer areas of Washington to consider. I think this hotel was fairly indicative of Kennewick as a town.

Professional atmosphere, I've now run interviews out of their board room, met with clients in their lounge, had breakfast in the morning and cookies and milk at night. Really? The majority of the decent hotels in the area are circa $100, and don't offer the same amenities. Flat screen TV, Fold Out Bed/Couch, Wifi in the rooms, and Computer Access in the lounge. I even got 10% off my bill at Applebees! I have clients and agents in Tri Cities, and travel all through the area. This is a perfect "staging point" for my business, and the staff has been very accomodating. I highly recommend this hotel, and will continue to make this my second office.
