“Amazing venue”
Reviewed August 21, 2014

Saw Bruno Mars concert. Venue was fabulous with the view and sound! Honey Buckets amazingly clean, no smell and hand sanitizer mounted on the inside. Tip: if you can forego the encore at your concert, start walking to the parking lot to avoid the massive traffic jam afterwards.

“Wow! What a Place!”
Reviewed August 19, 2014

Gorge Ampitheatre was awesome! we had the star parking which was nice and close. Camping would be a great idea also.I liked that you could bring a water bottle in and they had water refilling stations.Lots of choices for food, and alcohol. I felt they were reasonably priced for the venue setting.not really gouging. Lots of porta potties.Hill is fairly steep when sitting on grass, have something that is not too slippery to sit on the grass. Out of sight scenery and back drop! Well done Live Nation who owns it! They even had a few food venues open after concert which I liked.

“Beautiful Setting - Venue Underserviced”
Reviewed August 19, 2014

The Gorge offers an amazing setting for a concert. I was just there with my son to see Aerosmith which was sold out. There are insufficient services for 27,000 people - long food lineups, long merchandise lineups... and portable toilets! YIKES! I highly recommend getting Star parking or you could be there for awhile trying to exit. Hotels in Wenatchie are 45 minute drive away if you don't want to camp. If you have any mobility issues, this venue could be challenging as its a steep decline to the seats and a steep incline to get back out again. Despite the incredible setting, I'm not sure I'd make the journey to go to this venue again unless the management does some work with the services. Oh, and a bit more signage would be really helpful to let people know where to go to get to their respective sections!

“Great place to see an outdoor concert”
Reviewed August 19, 2014

When the weather is nice this is a great outdoor amphitheater. We had lawn seats and brought our own low chairs (chairs cannot be higher then 9 inches). The slope on the lawn area is pretty good so that even though people are in front of you, you can still see. The view is beautiful, the sunsets gorgeous. The sound was great. Fun place to people watch. When the weather is nice this is a perfect place to see a concert. There are a few cons - traffic in and out is a long haul if you don't come early and leave early, you can't bring in food or drinks so be prepared to spend some money, bottle of coke is $4.40, hamburger and fries $10. ( Pro there is beer and spirits to purchase). Make sure you place yourself with some kind of landmark or you will have a hard time finding where you are sitting once the place fills up and it gets dark. (same for parking) We saw a lot of people wandering around trying to figure out were they were sitting on the lawn. Overall, for a summer concert venue this is a great place to go enjoy music.

“Natural beauty”
Reviewed August 19, 2014

I went to this venue to see two performers on back to back nights and was blown away with its beauty. However it is located in the middle of no where and was a 40 min drive from my hotel in Ephrata. The sound was great, the food was not too bad nor too overpriced. My big tip is, if you are driving and need to park you must buy the STAR parking for $30. When the concert was over this parking is releases BEFORE the free parking. I heard the the free parking too 2 hrs to clear where we exited very quickly with no waits. I will definitely return to this venue.
