Our stay was hit and miss. On the plus side, the rental company came to our rescue by bringing us a pack-n-play when we forgot ours, which we appreciated. That said, when we arrived the house was 50 degrees inside. I would expect that the rental company would get the place to a livable temperature when they know it is rented out that day. We had a baby and thus had to leave to house to go somewhere warm, only to find out that the heater was set to reset back to 50 degrees every two hours, so when we got back, it was still freezing cold. It took several hours to get to place warm enough to be comfortable. Be prepared for MANY rules, such as to do a bunch of cleaning despite paying a steep cleaning/check-out fee.
