“Beautiful view”

Great rustic cabin overlooking the beach. Wood stoves in all of the cabins so you will enjoy the smell of campfire regardless if you use the stove. Beautiful beautiful scenery, gorgeous view, just a bit pricey.

Kalaloch is an amazing location on coast! It is so relaxing and peaceful! The cabins are well-kept and offer a lot of privacy but the duplexes can be a bit noisy. The views are amazing from the bluff cabins and there are "peeks" from other cabins on the property. All in all a great place to stay for access to the Olympic Coast and the Hoh Rainforest. Love this place!

Room Tip: Choose the bluff cabins, they are the best!

This was the perfect place to go when I was in my second trimester of pregnancy. It was so relaxing! We rented a cabin and the staff helped us light a fire. We spent the whole weekend exploring the vistas nearby and unwinded in the evenings with a fire while listening to the waves. There is a tiny restaurant nearby on property, but you have to drive into town to find another place to eat. We went with friends so the cabin was perfect for two couples. There are properties to match every family size. Highly recommend the property!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in early April, spring break travel time, so the place was fully booked. But it didn't feel crowded. We had one of the second-tier duplex cabins and found it well designed and well kept. We appreciated the tile floors, and the wood stove pumped out a remarkable amount of heat. The restaurant was delightful, but the fully equipped kitchen would have made it very easy to bring in groceries and do our own cooking. Beach access was easy. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

This was our third or fourth time at Klaloch. We love the beach and the closeness for side trips to other beaches and hiking. But this time we thought the cabins were going downhill in more ways than one. The biggest thing was that the wood for the fireplace was wet. Our visit was in early
March and we needed the woodstove for more than looks. Fortunately, this happened last time and I threw a few pieces of our firewood from home in the trunk. We were able to have a nice fire but shame on Klaloch for giving us wet firewood. I do not know how anyone was able to have a fire with the wood they were distributing...We are not critical guests but there were three other things that seemed to just jump out at us: There were several cracked tiles on the main enry to the cabin, Numerous cobwebs in the upper corners. Also, the bedside lamp. Its shade looked as if it had been chewed or bitten by a dog or something. Several large "tooth-sized" holes in the shade. Restaurant was pretty good but expensive.

Room Tip: Cabins on the beach bluff are the best.
