Excellent hotel, very nice accommodations, and pleasant staff! Only thing my husband and I are upset about is theft by housekeeping. Left a message, and called numerous times to speak with the manger, NO returned call.

My husband and I had a nice short stay here while we were visiting Washington. It’s a quiet and clean hotel with friendly staff.
There is plenty of free street parking to make coming and going very easy.
We had a water view which was spectacular.
Where's Waldo? We drove from SEA and the GPS says that we have arrived, and yet my son and I never saw the place. So we stopped at a nearby Albertson's, bought some wings and asked at the checkout. Even the cashier and other customers in line were fairly unsure. We found it after a 10 minute search, after crossing back and forth over I-5, and missing the turn more than once. Be advised that there is almost NO signage. Look for LaQuinta. It is next door.
We arrived early so enjoyed our wings while waiting for a room. Check in was easy and friendly. A+. The lady who runs the common area/breakfast lounge was perfectly friendly as we devoured our wings.
The indoor pool and hot tub were spotless, with plenty of towels. The breakfast was typical but good. No complaints. There was adequate parking in a well lighted lot. the common areas were spotless. So far so good.
The Room. The 2 queen beds were comfortable and the internet connection was great. The TV and general accommodations were fine. But...There was particulate matter on the carpets which I had to remove so my little boy could play on the floor. Even the following day (we stayed 2 nights) there was still 'stuff' on the carpet. There was some stain behind and around the toilet and standing water. That remained for our entire stay. It could have been wiped clean, but was not. Lastly, I enjoyed the shampoo and body gel supplied in the shower. But the water did not drain very well. My shower lasts only a few minutes, but I was ankle deep in water when I was done.
I really wanted to give this place 4 or 5 stars, but I could not. There were benefits and there were disappointments. Thus...3 stars...average. Would I stay there again? YES. In a heartbeat. But I'd go in with different expectations. If housekeeping would step up their game, it would be perfect.

When I checked in, front desk told me my company's CC declined. As I was contacting my HR rep, FD told me not to worry he'd check me in for 3 days (even though my reservation is for 6) and I would have to work it out with my company. My HR rep called next day to take care of it and was told they're not sure what happened but everything was fine. All breakfast items are prepackaged and mediocre and very little options. I questioned if housekeeping even cleaned my room. The ice bucket still had the bag from previous guest full of water, microwave dirty, fridge doesnt get cold and there isnt a temp control on it. Tub was grimy. Only upsides are Danielle the breakfast ambassador is friendly and does what she can to serve guests with what shes given to work with, and bed/pillows are cozy BUT I question if the bedding was even changed. I am here for 3 weeks (M-F) for business. I may have my HR rep move the next two weeks somewhere else.

IHG constantly wants to make each stay comfortable; I'm concerned with learning about the room's cleanliness. I'm also sorry that Housekeeping missed the chance to completely handle the room. The situation you described is certainly not ideal. Your thoughts have been shared to the housekeeping team and this will be addressed rightly. Your insights about the breakfast are noted and I am alerting our hotel management to take needed action.
I'm sorry that you'd be hesitant in staying with us again but I hope you give us another try if you're back in the area as we'd love to make that next one more remarkable than the last.

It took us over an hour to find this place with help from many of the locals .
It’s 8 miles south of downtown Everett. The staff admitted that most of the customers have trouble as well. They use the much hated central reservation system that you can,t seem to get around . The person you talk to in Florida does not give you a heads up on this problem . If you could book directly with local staff you would likely be in much better humour when you arrive .
That behind us , the hotel is fairly new and meets all expectations , continental breakfast was better than normal . Liked the beds , front desk was helpful.
Stayed here on a business trip layover. Very clean ... staff was attentive and made adjustments to the reservation as needed. Good breakfast and easy access to I5 ... the rooms were updated recently... great stay
