Convenient

we had stop here from Vancover BC. Very convenient because it is just by I-5. Breakfast was good. This is also a good place to stay if you want to check out Boeing Factory. Would come back and will recommend.

Poor Customer Service

Customer Service Manager Astrid Parrish-Kome provided HORRIBLE customer service!!
The customer is always right but unfortunately not in this case. They refused to even consider refunding my stay without batting an eye despite the fact that it's 60 days away. They are more inclined to make a buck than to provide customer satisfaction! I wouldn't stay here if it was free!

Great experience!

We stayed at this Holiday Inn for a total of 3 nights and were very pleased with our stay. We definitely recommend it.
The laundry room is clean and neat. The breakfast was great. The employees were great!the rooms were very clean.
Overall, very pleasant experience.

They Work to Make Your Stay Memorable

This location is my go-to place when I stay in Everett.(The hotel is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, with a great pool for small children.) That decision was reinforced Saturday during my stay with two young grandchildren for a birthday trip. Firstly, the front desk has free DVDs to lend for use in the room's DVD players. Secondly, when the DVD in our room did not work, Tristen replaced the machine quickly and efficiently so my Gkids could get back to enjoying their special trip. Front-desk staff Tristen and Shan were so helpful, and pleasant! The complimentary breakfast buffet is one of the best in the world. I travel domestically and internationally and this is not hyperbole.

Room tip: Rooms on the top floor and away from the elevators are best for folks who want quiet and less kerfuffle from families.

Late night stay

We needed a Seattle area room to crash in after spending 5 1/2 hours in the Harbor View Trauma center with my father. We were grateful for the room although more than a 20 mile drive. Could find no availability closer!
Very hard to access hotel because of lane barriers and no direction signs.
Room was too warm and directions to control cooling didn't work.
Ice machine on our floor (1st) was missing - pipes were there though. Front desk clerk wasn't aware which resulted in a lot of running around at 2:30 am.
The mattress was the old fashioned spring type - with low density of springs. Resulting in a sore back.
Add to this the price - $230!
Would not recommend.
