Our two night stay in a generous sized two queen bed room was very relaxed. Having a kitchenette with a full sized fridge was a bonus. There were extra pillows and blankets available in the closet. Our room backed onto a small machine shop yard, not a great view but not a problem either. The shower and toilet had high water pressure but both were noisy. You could hear the floor above using both. The breakfast was better than usual, and the staff would restock the hot items frequently and kept the area tidy. And the Managers Reception during weekdays was a nice touch with different snacks each day,and drinks. It also backs onto a gas station with a car wash and convienience store and close to I- 5 freeway. We usually come to this area twice a year, and this is the first time we have found a hotel that we would definitely come back to.

Dear Neighbors to the North…..I was so pleased to hear that you found us, and, enjoyed your recent stay. It’s great to see that you were able to partake in both our Breakfast Buffet and Evening Reception. Our fully equipped kitchens are always appreciated not only by our guests having an extended stay with us, but, those only staying a night or two. When on the road, it’s nice to have the option of eating in or out! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with others. .Please stop by and say hello the next time you stay with us.

My Wife and I were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was nice, very clean and the in room spa tub was very nice. There was a free dinner and drinks the night we checked in, and a great free breakfast when we awoke. The room also had free wi fi. The entire staff and Manager were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. So many added amenities that you don't find anymore, especially in the more expensive hotels.

Bill at the front desk set the tone for a fabulous two night stay at this great Best Western property. From earlier reviews we expected a much newer building. Though it was built at least 5 to 10 years ago, this place is aging gracefully.

The location was excellent for us following a shopping trip at the Premium Outlet Mall. The next day we drove to downtown Seattle and parked underground at the Westlake Mall - $7.00 for all day parking on the weekend.

Back to the Navigator: the best thing from my perspective is the great heating/air-conditioner system. This is a very quiet unit which does not interrupt my sleep. Some hotel units are very noisy as they slip between cycles.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the stairwell and elevators.

Even though my room was located by the elevator it wasn't very noisy and the mini fridge was very useful. I would have liked to use the hot tub but my eyes were burning after using it for a few minutes because too much bleach, but i still really like this hotel especially because i work in aviation so the airplane theme was really cool.

To our Southwest Guests….we’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed our “aviation” theme. Being that we are surrounded by the aerospace industry and museums, we knew this was the only way to “fly” with our décor .I was sorry to hear that you had a problem in our hot tub. We do check the level of chlorine several times a day, and will be watching this very closely. We hope that you will stay with us again when visiting our area.

My husband and I are on a 5 week road trip driving from MI to Alaska. We needed a room near Everett and based on tripadvisor choose this property. We have not been sorry. This so far has been the best customer service we've encountered not to mention the nice, clean, comfortable room. Holly was outstanding in helping us over the phone and when we called asking about an early check in, Holly made sure it happened. She called us along the way to let us know our room was ready and we could check in early. It was great as we needed to regenerate and do laundry, etc. I would highly recommend this place and would like to thank Holly for her great customer service.

Room Tip: The best customer service by Holly

I visited the hotel for one night, July 29 a solo senior lady to shop the Premier Mall in Marysville.
I felt the hotel was a little overpriced for a Plus facility but adequate. The hotel did provide a very good breakfast with lots of variety. The hotel was situated too far from the Mall and if I did the shopping trip again, I would choose the BW in Marysville. Traffic is heavy between Seattle and Everett into Marysville, so staying in a more northern locations misses that congested area. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.

To our “Neighbour to the North”…….thank you for staying with us during your recent visit to our area. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast, and certainly appreciate your kind comment in regards to our staff. They try their best to deliver the best customer service possible, and are so pleased to hear back from our guests that they have accomplished that.
Perhaps the next time you’re hear shopping, you could stay a night near the Outlet Mall, then a night with us, as we are in-between two of the larger malls in the Seattle area. We hope to see you again.
