“Palace Cafe”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 25, 2012

The food was great, plentiful and fresh. We stop here anytime we go through Ellensburg. Just plain good food and the restaurant is decorated with old pictures, farm implements and had hand made toys. We always leave with a smile.

“Palace Cafe is okay.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 11, 2012

The food at the Palace was very average. The service was fine. The prices were high for the quality.

“Historic site with good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2012 via mobile

We enjoy stopping in the bar located in the back of the restaurant. You can have a cold drink and a great sandwich while watching your favorite sports on one of the numerous tv's. Have also had several lunches in the restaurant and found the food to be very acceptable. It is a really neat old building surrounded by some other historical sites. Anyone going thru the area should pull off the freeway and take a relaxing break here.

“Skip this place for customer Service”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2012

the decor is almost depressing, the food was very mediocre the fish and chips the fish was basically large frozen fish sticks, the fries were okay, fish tacos had no flavor, the hamburger was okay. The main sticking point was customer respect and service, where we stayed there was a menu from The Palace first thing it said was "something free, no strings, check for coupon at the front desk" we did check they were out of coupons, when we went there for dinner I mentioned this to the waitress, she had to check with the head waitress who said they couldn't do anything about it, seems they should take the statement off their menu in the rooms at the hotel. Wouldn't go back. There are other places in town. Service was sporadic
