“Another neighborhood gem!!”

And we were so pleasantly surprised! The interior is quite modest, but clean. The real attraction here is the reasonably-priced tasty food. A real treat and such friendly and gracious service!

“Awesome selection, service, and flavors”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2012

We had a taste for Mediterranean food and found this place online. They have a pretty diverse menu including Indian food. Normally I would steer clear of places that have multi ethnic menus because in my experience they are usually subpar. This was not the case with teh Caravan.
Everything we ordered, kebabs, naan, chicken tikka masala, daal soup, everything was delicious and flavorful.
If you haven't tried this place you should really check it out.

“Don't let the outside put you off”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2012

I have been passing Caravan Kebab for years and finely decided to try the place, The restaurant is located in the Firdale village and looks a bit shabby from the outside, but walk inside and it is all white linnen and fine stemwear. That was not the only suprise, the menu is half Mederteran/Indian and Russian. The restaurant was Russan a few years ago and it did not succed, but the new owner combind the Russan and Med/Indian and the food is wonderful, very eclectic (sp?). I had a lamb stew with fresh spinich and cickpeas served with a MOUND of batsami rice. Also had a chicken curry, stroganoff and perrogi's all wonderful. I could not eat all the stew and intended to take it home but table mates picked at it till is was gone,

It is worth a stop you won't be dissapointed.
