“Not the Usual Greasy Fake Fare”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

This is some of the best quality food I've ever had--I'm Sri Lankan and eat similarly spiced food many days a week.

Usually restaurant "Indian" food is too greased up to enjoy; this food is just right. Healthy and authentic as well as great tasting, a rare combination.

The lunch specials are spectacular. The location is convenient and right by Puget Sound.

“Disappointed.”
Reviewed June 20, 2013

At the Edmonds ferry dock. Tried a number of things was not impressed by any. Service was spotty, not very receptive. Restroom was not clean, door handles sticky.

“Colder inside than out and forever to get food that was OK”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

Got PAPADAM right away and then ordered our food CHICKEN PAKORAS, daAL SOUP, COCONUT CURRY, SHAHI KORMA, garlic and SPINACH & PANEER NAAN and then VEGETABLE BIRYANI...got first 2 items mention right away (1persons dinner) next 2 didn't come for another 10 minutes 2&3 persons dinner) and then the naan was 2-3 minutes later (everyone to share) and then the veg biryani came out 4-5 minutes after that (which was the 4 persons dinner)....not very good on timing....at (A rated) Kalias in Lynnwood or Mehak (A- to B+) in Northgate you never have to wait that long in a FREEZING cold restaurant. Food was C- rated.

“Good food, good service”
Reviewed November 23, 2012

It's worth stopping at this indian restaurant, right off of the edmonds ferry. Good food and an extremely friendly and hard working staff. I would happily go again, and I plan to soon.

“Delicious!”
Reviewed October 20, 2012

We came there because we had a coupon for the restaurant. Didn't know anything about this place but we both like Indian cuisine so decided to give it a try. The place looked more like a fast food one though very clean but food and service turned out to be great! Lamb korma was delicious! Definitely will be back.
