Owner description: PREPARE TO BE AWED! Hop aboard a comfortable tram for a narrated tour of 435 acres in which American bison, Roosevelt elk, woodland caribou, bighorn sheep, moose and deer roam free. See bears, Canada lynx, bobcats, cougars, foxes, wolves and other native Northwest animals in natural exhibits along paved pathways under towering evergreens. Soar high in the sky on our Zip Wild set of zip line/challenge courses that test both mental and physical agility. All just an hour's drive from Seattle - but a world away. Say ahhhhhhh!

NW Trek is an absolutely one of the best attractions in Washington, a must visit.

A couple hints, the cafe food is not very good, plus spendy. A kids meal, (Small hamburger, fries, drink) costs around $7. Hot dog, $3.50, a half lunch meat sandwich with a cup of soup (Inedible chicken noodle) $8.00. A bison burger with fries, small drink is $12. We did not plan ahead so we ended up adding $42 to our days outing. There are a few grocery stores about 12 miles before you reach the wildlife park which is a better option for snacks/meals. Stopping to pick some things up is worth the few extra minutes.

Another tip, when you arrive at the admission gate you receive tokens for the tram tour. (The tour is about an hour long not including boarding, unboarding, announcements.) Your tickets are scheduled for about 20 minutes later. If you need to use the bathroom or grab a bite or anyone in your party needs to

Very nice tram tour through the animal area, good guides that know what they are talking about. I will return another day when it is not raining and see all of exhibits

We did the "Keeper's Tour" with the kids when they came for a visit. I think it is probably one of the best wildlife tours we have ever been on. The kids were thrilled & we were equally pleased-it brought out the kid in everyone that was there. It was such a privilege to get so close to these amazing animals. We enjoyed the rounds made to each little stopping point of feed to the animals there. Highly recommend this tour specifically.

large selection of animals. Tram ride takes you out to see lots of native NW animals in their natural habitat. lots more others to walk around and see, most in large natural enclosures . worth going.

Lots of animals to see in a beautiful environment. Little train ride to take you around, or walk some of it.
