Visiting on business, this place came highly recommended both by the hotel (Amanda at the ES Airport) and friends of friends. It didn't disappoint. We went on a Tuesday night after a long drive from Portland. No need for reservations, we were greeted warmly and sat with a great view of the water. The menu wasn't huge which to me is a sign of a classy place. The Chowder was excellent & filling - the way it should be. I had the blackened salmon on sticky rice - I highly recommend it! I give it 5 stars because it hit all the right spots - atmosphere, views, food quality, service, etc.

We went to Salty's on our last night in Seatlle. We were staying by the airport, and Salty's has a shuttle that picked us up at our hotel and returned us when we were done eating. The sunset was beautiful - we had a table in the front window - where we enjoyed our food and bottle of wiine. The seafood fettucini was the best! Great way to end a vacation.

If you love brunch on Sunday, this is the place to go. This buffet has it all, from your usual breakfast fare, to seafood like you can't imagine - peel 'n eat shrimp and all you can eat crab legs and lox/bagels/cream cheese. Desserts are decadent and the service is some of the best to be found. This place sits right on the water and outside the windows you can watch people learn to scuba dive. You can go back to the buffet as many times as you wish, so bring your appetite-:)! Voted best brunch several years in a row. This is also the best place for heavenly seafood dinners. Enjoy!

When we arrived we were told there was a 20 minute wait. I asked the hostess if there was a bar where we could eat right away and either she didn't hear me or just ignored me. We did return and were seated at a great table in the corner overlooking the water. Service was a little slow but our server was very pleasant. The food is good but not exceptional considering the prices. Husband had the 2 piece fish and chips served home made cole slaw. I had the wild salmon sandwich which was nicely cooked. Lunch for the two of us with a beer and glass of wine plus tax and tip came to $53-pricey!

The service and the view was impeccable, but for the price of $36, the coho salmon should not have been overcooked. The potato crisp was crunchy and tasty but it did not make up for the over grilled salmon. It was dry and did not flake when it was fork tested, but shredded. The honey glaze was tasty, but overall an overpriced meal. The seafood chowder was very good especially with the sherry and fresh ground pepper and it was worth the $7. Servers were polite and very responsive.
