Seriously? Alcoholic cider made out of habanero peppers? It is every bit as hot as the pepper.
Stopped here during an Olympic Peninsula wine tour and this was the best of the four we hit. Eaglemount was a close second.
The tasting was great because this place offers so many unique things I'd never seen before. A seasonal saffron flavored cider. Pear wine, a cacao wine, blackcurrant wine and cider... not just apples. And they sell duck eggs!
