Their professionalism and attention to safety was exceptional! The personal concern exhibited by the personnel was most reassuring for such an adventurous tour.

My husband and i booked a zipline adventure during a week-long staycation (stay at home vacation) we wanted a fun excursion, like one you'd go on at a vacation resort. A short drive from the Everett area up to Camano is scenic and pleasant. The staff was extremely welcoming, attentive and smiles all around. Safety and comfortability is an obvious priority for them, and they are all extremely well trained and encouraging....they made sure everyone on the group tour was having a great time. The two tour guides (both named Justin) were overwhelmingly knoweldgable about all the gear, the processes and procedures, the local flora/fauna, and loved the laid back super friendly and compassionate attitudes....they were a joy to have as guides. This zipline course is varied, exhilirating, and we'd certainly go again with a larger group of our friends....an awesome excursion if you are a local, or a visiter to the area. On a clear day, you have unbeatable views of Mt.Baker and the forest is exquisite to be in. You might even catch a glimse of deer or soaring predator birds. Fabulous, 5-star experience and highly recommend

I gave my son a gift certificate for Xmas. What a great way to spend a summer day. I've zip lined in Mexico....where they let you just about do anything (hang upside down!)...so I wasn't expecting anything 'thrilling' but this was much better than I expected. Both guides were competent & knowledgable about the gear & the 'forest'. A nice touch is the interpretive signs at the major stops which are informative to read while waiting for the rest of your group to either be 'incoming or departing'.

The weather had been gorgeous until the day we were to zip. It rained the entire time, but it was FABULOUS in the rain. Faster zipping, and we really didn't get that wet. The lush, forested route of the 6 zip lines was a thousand times better than the much more expensive, semi-arid zip we did in Kauai a few years ago. We had a group of 8 friends, they added 2 girls we didn't know, but who fit in our group perfectly. We arrived 30 minutes early and the zip was about 3 hours. Port-a-potties were available and safety was top of their list, next to wonderful customer service. They were especially helpful to my husband with Parkinson's Disease. We live on the Island, nice to have it so close. Many of us are planning to do it again!! Thanks to our guides Nina and Jessie for a day we are still talking about.
