We stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament in a nearby town. We chose this hotel based on the closeness of shopping centres, restaurants and the continental breakfast it served. We were pleased with the hotel, the staff and the room. At the end of a day spent at the ball field it was a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our daughter's softball team and the staff were very friendly. Often times with large groups hotel staff get overwhelmed, but that was not the case here they were very organized. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Used this hotel as our base for a couple of days of hiking in North Cascades National Park. It's less than an hour from the park and offers nearby access to a range of services including good restaurants and retail stores, including Walmart and Costco. The rooms were large, clean and modern. Wireless internet access was solidly reliable and fast (and free as it is at all Hamptons). The complimentary breakfast was excellent, varied, fresh and constantly stocked. The hotel staff was always friendly and eager to help with any request. We used the in-house guest laundry facility which included two washers and two dryers. The laundry area was clean and the equipment was well maintained. Overall, this is a very nice hotel.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend get-away at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and make guests feel very welcome. Great breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold items, even waffles. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They promote the fact that even bedspreads are washed clean for each guest check-in. The location was very convenient for shopping and restaurants: Kohl's plaza across the road and Costco & outlet mall within two blocks. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Sakura's, just across the parking lot, would highly recommend. The lobby is currently being renovated but is being done in such a way that it isn't inconvenient for guests at all. There were several families staying at this property for a basketball tournament but they didn't create a noise problem at all, just slow elevators.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a small suite is worth the small price difference.

Loved this hotel - very clean, nice breakfast and great location. Was in town for my daughter's basketball tournament and the team stayed - they loved the pool. Really like the fact that they wash their bedspreads for each guest.
