Awhile ago, my elderly parents and my sister came to visit. After problems I'd had at The Midway and The Oyster Bay Inn, I booked them here. This is a nice, probably family-owned hotel. It's not big or flashy, but the service is great, the views are spectacular and the rooms are clean. There are hundreds of VHS movies in a library to take back to your room if you want to watch them. The continental+ breakfast is good. They even let me eat and I wasn't even staying there. The views from the hotel room are spectacular. All rooms have views. Within walking distance to a supermarket (QFC) and a Jack in the Box. A little further drive will get you to a Denny's, a family restaurant or a Dairy Queen. All around good place to stay for very little money.
