My wife's grandson is in the Navy, and we went there to visit him. I picked this place right here on Trip Advisor, and the reviewers are right. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The only problem I had was turning left onto Kitsap Way. There were times I thought we would never get accross incoming traffic. If you are coming here to visit someone in the Navy, stay here, you will like it

I booked a room at Flagship Inn over the Internet. I was concerned when I drove up as it's an older property. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by the staff. Huge room and bathroom...and the beds...heavenly. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Don't pass by this excellent mom and pop property. It reminds you of a time when motels were about the privilege of having the guests, and not the guests having the privilege of staying at some overpriced "resort"

I am working on a long term project in Bremerton and was thrilled to discover the Flagship Inn as my home on this project. It is among the most enjoyable and is absolutely the best value of any place I have ever stayed. You can't tell it's going to be like that when you see it from the street and first walk in but are pleasantly surprised when you actually stay there. The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable and all rooms look out on Oyster Bay through an all glass wall with a sliding door to a private balcony. It's wonderful to fall asleep with lights reflecting on the bay and wake up with the reflection of the Olympic Mtns. It has touches you don't find in a reasonably priced motel. Instead of styrofoam there are glass glasses in the room and actual mugs for in-room coffee. The bathtub is cast iron not plastic. Good firm mattress. Room has fridge and microwave. Cable TV also has range of FM channels. Not only is there a listing of channels but each day you get the listing from the newspaper of what's on each channel that day. Had trouble at first with TV remote and basics with the microwave, then found the placard with remote and microwave operation for dummies. Had way too many chocolate chip cookies which they bake there and are always available as is coffee, hot water for tea and hot chocolate, ice water, and fresh fruit. Breakfast has usual continental breakfast items but also nice danish pastries and cinnamon rolls which are also baked there and they frost 'em themselves. Breakfast does not go away early; it's out til noon. Wireless works great because the router is back by the rooms and not far from any of them. In my stays I've gotten to know most of the staff and they all could not be more accommodating. I am looking forward to my next stay.

Room Tip: All have great views but 3rd floor are the best

Just stayed 1 night & was pleasantly surprised when I called to see if I could check in early. My room was ready before Noon & check in couldn't have been quicker! Room had terrific water view with huge king bed, several pillows & good toiletries included in the bathroom. Was provided prompt help to connect my laptop to the Motel's WIFI & it worked seamlessly thereafter. The room I was given, 202, is close to the noisy Ice Maker whick can be heard at times during the day but didn't bother me at night after 10PM. Nice hot shower with plenty of bath towels wash clothes & hand towels provided. TV was the old 25 inch tube but provided a good choice of local & cable channels, including ESPN, ESPN2, Movieplex, FOXNEWS, CNBC & ROOT Sports. Remote needed new batteries & had to use buttons on TV to power off. Rented one of the VHS movies available from a good selection provided in main lobby although it was a bit trickey to operate. I was provided immediate help in starting the movie & was able to revert back to the TV programming by pressing the button on the TV. Continental breakfast not fancy but does the trick with bagels, cream cheese, muffins, cereal & fresh fruit along with orange juice & coffee. Chocolate chip cookies were as advertised, moist & yummy! Fitness center consists of a treadmill & eliptical squeezed into small space adjoining washer & dryer room. Pool also available but I didn't use.

We’ve stayed at the Flagship Inn before and have found it a convenient Inn to spend the night after taking the ferry from Seattle. On our recent visit to Washington we decided on the Flagship because of the reasonable price compared to other motel/hotels in the area. We found the room to be clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. Our room had a great view of Oyster Bay. The Inn does have an elevator and servers a complimentary continental breakfast.

This is an older motel with great prices. The views are fabulous. Each room has it's own balcony to enjoy the beauty. The beds are very comfortable and the heater/ac works well and is pretty quiet. The rooms are very clean. The complimentary continental breakfast is more than adequate. Coffee, fruit, and freshly baked cookies all day long. We did not visit the pool or the workout room. We cancelled rooms at another hotel to continue our stay at this one, and we will return with no hesitation.

Room Tip: All rooms have views, I thought the higher rooms would have a better view but that is not the case...
