“Pretty Border Crossing”
Reviewed January 7, 2012

Peace Arch Park is pretty, but lets face it--you probably wouldn't come here if you weren't planning on crossing the border. It is a beautiful place to cross though. If you're going to be stuck in a border line up, this is a beautiful place to be. You can bring a lunch and picnic--just be careful not to bring any contraband food items across the border!

“Nice place if you are on the way anyway”
Reviewed December 22, 2011

Lovely gardens if you like plants. A great place to plan to have a walk or a picnic if you are going there anyway, but don't go too far out of your way, the traffic can be difficult to deal with.

“A Top 10 State Park”
Reviewed November 19, 2010

After a week in Vancouver for the Winter Games, I thought we had seen it all....and then we came across Peace Arch State Park. It was well worth the 30 minute stop to get out, walk about and take in the scenary. The border crossing was painless, and the park was breath taking. We saw three bald eagles perched in the pines, and on various times take flight. This isn't the biggest state park out there, but it is one of the most beautiful locations anywhere.
