OMG! This is my new favorite food place in Bellingham! Hidden Gem! This place has no menu. Only offers two things: Beef or Potato Dumplings. Each order is $6. Have a seat after you order because it will take up to 15 minutes. There are tons of records to look at and select to play. Pop/water/juice $1 each. The dumplings come with currey power and cilantro + sour cream. You can add when done hot sauce & vinegar (bottle not labeled so on counter so looks like oil). The vinegar is a must! So yummy! Can't get enough! Great lunch/dinner/snack/late night spot. If your a foodie you will love this place!

We happened on this place by accident after having lunch at the very good Old World Deli across the street. The room looked interesting so we went in. Great vats, behind two rows of counter, red walls and a turntable with real live records that patrons can choose and play. The darling chef/wait staff on duty offered us a sample of the pel'meni, a tiny more delicate perogie than i am used to, accompanied by some crazy hot sauce. We liked it so made the trip back many hours later, for dinner. Absolutely amazing. They serve only two things--beef pel'meni and potato pel'meni. We asked for half and half, and what we got for $6 was a little carton of heaven--could hardly believe that these were simply boiled--maybe boiled and then sauteed?--with sour cream, more of that crazy hot sauce, curry powder and a few sprigs of cilantro. The place was virtually empty, but apparently fills up when the bars close. Don't miss it!

Love the cilantro, curry, and sour cream that top their pyrogis.

A regular stop on our after bar schedule. Wait for food isn't too long and its a good value for hand made dumplings. I don't think I would eat it any other time though.
