Had to go back and get a picture of their beautiful presentations. Tried a beer versus wine pairing for different courses. Salad started us out, dungeness crab, slices of avocado highlighted with thin slices of daikon radish on a bed of thin seaweed. Soup followed, smoked black cod in a chowder. Next roasted pork belly on a coati polenta. Final part of the main course was duck confit . Desert was a rich chocolate torte.
This dinner showed us all the wonderful possibilities of a place we plan to frequent on a regular basis, this is a place bellingham has missed ever since the vines closed down.
