The service was really good. We were 6 and a toddler and arrive late in the evening. The bench seating was hard to get in and out of, but our waiter was great. Explanied the dishes and the heatness scale. I had a pork dish which would have been great if the pork was more tender. Overall it was a fair dining experience for one and all

Asian 1 offers a variety of dishes from different Oriental countries. Dishes range from Chinese, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Japanese, and others.

The restaurant is set up for single or couples, to accommodating large groups as well. There is a plenty of free parking. Service is good, food is served hot and quick, and the restaurant is clean.

We stopped into Asian 1 for a late lunch. We love the Asian 1 in Burlington so we thought we should give the one in Bellingham a try while we were visiting. The inside of the restaurant is nice, the staff is friendly but hard to beat the friendliness of the staff in Burlington. The yellow curry we ordered was good. The only food that put me off was the vegetable delight. We love this dish at the Burlington restaurant but the peanut sauce on the vegetable delight seem watery. We pointed this out to the waitress who agreed. In summary still a nice place but I would check out the peanut sauce first. We normally order bottles of it at the Burlington store to take home for other food but here I am not so sure. We might have just come on an off day. Not sure.

Unique excellent honey king prawns with cashews and pecans in coconut milk. Real tasty treat 2-4 stars hot as you like. A treat

I have been to this restaurant several times and it's never disappointed me. The food is consistently good, with healthy options available. The food tastes fresh and is spiced well. I particularly like the pad thai and the swimming rama - the latter is my go-to meal when trying to be on my best behavior diet-wise.

We will continue to frequent Asian 1 whenever we are in the area.
