We were excited to hear that Poor Siamese was re-opening in Bellingham. They apparently had been here before moving to Mt. Vernon. We visited the Mt. Vernon location - and it was closed! So when we read that they had returned to Bellingham, we had to try it out. We ate there for lunch (beware early diners - opens at noon on weekends) and were extremely pleased with the service, the food, and the prices. It is in a somewhat out of the way location, but worth searching out. The decor is pleasant, but nothing spectacular. This is a restaurant for people who value the taste of the food more than the atmosphere. We've been twice now, and we are sure to be back.
