Stopped in for dinner, as we were looking for something other than our usual haunts and it had been quite awhile since eating there. I had the regular (carnivore) jambalaya, and my partner had the vegetarian version. Both were very spicy, flavorful, and in large portions. We took some home, and the leftovers were even better the next day. A Caesar "side" salad was enough for two, crunchy, and fresh. The cornbread is different and tastes as if made with buttermilk, so it has a tart finish. Our server (Sam) was great. When our bread pudding arrived, it was still a bit cool, so he hustled it back for more warming and made sure we were happy with our entire experience. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening, and we won't wait so long to return.
