“A very Happy Hour(s)”
Reviewed July 28, 2014

Get an outside patio table if you like sun and heat. Caution, there are no umbrellas so be prepared. Happy hour is 1500 to 1830 and the menu is very good as are the prices. I suggest the calamari and the sausage & pepperoni pizza. Great share plates. The house Chardonnay is an excellent accompaniment. Service was a bit slow so order in preparation of waiting. My only concern was the service time. Excellent value when ordering from the happy hour menu. Be sure to ask for it. It is ONLY available on the patio and lounge.

“Happy hour bliss overlooking the bay”
Reviewed July 27, 2014

We discovered this place last summer (we are Canadians with a weekend place in the area) and have returned many times.

Happy hour (3-630 daily) is in the bar or on the patio (weather permitting). Marina view is stunning.

The happy hour menu includes an array of discounted drinks (beer, local wines, cocktails) and many great finger foods (e.g., calamari, grilled salmon sliders, pizza, artichoke seafood dip). In our experience, service is always solid, as are the drinks and food.

I hope day-trippers to the area come to see that there is more to this town than a mall at the side of a freeway. Happy hour here is a great example.

“slow, slow, slow. food so-so”
Reviewed July 26, 2014

We went here with my daughter and her husband for a nice dinner. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we were promptly seated. Unfortunately everything went downhill from there. Service was very slow and the food took forever. It was not just the waiter. The food came out of the kitchen very very slowly. We were there for 2 hours. The restaurant did not seem that busy as there were empty tables. Our appetizers had not come out after 45 minutes and they kept bringing bread which did not taste that good. The waiter apologized and asked if we would like our salad before the appetizers. We said no and decided to wait. The appetizers are good but the portions were very small. Especially the barbecue shrimp appetizer. The salads were very good when they came out. The BBQ ribs were not that good, tough and difficult to chew. The selection of seafood was minimal. There were only about six items and three of them were shrimp. the cod was frozen rather than fresh. The menu stated that they could substitute frozen fish is fresh was not available. We chose not to order it. Not the excellent meal we were hoping for. We will not to be back.

“Solid food, great view, good brews”

For a chain-run eatery, this place is unusually good. Very original, fresh, and well-prepared seafood entrees. Nice beer selection. Fast and friendly staff. Great place to eat with a harborside view.

“Great Food and Excellent Atmosphere”

Located on the pier which during dinner provides a great scenery of the sun going down.
Seafood was fresh and service was timely.
