A close friend of ours had her wedding reception in Seattle and arranged for a block of rooms at Westin.

This is my first visit to Westin and the rooms were heavenly, especially the heavenly showers! My husband loved the heavenly bed; I wasn't too keen on it since it was a little too soft for my liking but I can see why people would rave about it. It feels like you are sleeping on a cloud. The room was well laid out and designed; from the desk where you can leisurely apply makeup to the well appointed bathroom. If you have not stayed at a Westin before, I recommend doing so even if it is to experience the heavenly shower head they offer.

The hallways also had interesting wall-sized mirrors that faced each other which created this unique illusion similar to Matrix.

The hotel is right across the street from Bellevue Mall where there are lots of great stores to shop at. The only downside is that there is limited choices to eat at aside from Cheesecake Factory.

The one thing I would say that was a little disappointing about Westin Seattle was the valet service. They requested that you call down 10 minutes ahead of time but it took them 20 minutes to drive the car up so we had to stand outside waiting for the car in our evening gowns. The service from the front desk was also not at the level I would expect from a Westin.

I will likely stay at Westin next time but will park my own car in the parkade by Marriot. It's free on weekend versus paying $27 plus tip to the valet guys who took twice as long.

Thank you for your post about your recent stay during your friend's wedding this summer. We're so pleased you enjoyed our Heavenly Bed, Heavenly Shower, the room layout and our location, we agree, it's pretty great being a part of the Bellevue Collection, right in the heart of things. Your comment about the mirrors in the hallways giving a "Matrix" illusion was fun! Sorry we fell short on your valet experience, and if you park with us next time, we'll promise to do better. It would certainly be easier for you than walking all the way from the Marriott parking garage blocks away...or come back and try one of our shopping packages, where we include complimentary self-parking as part of the package. Be well.

The Westin hotel in Bellevue, WA is a great place to relax for a long weekend. The Heavenly bed is always comfortable and the view of the sunset over the water is beautiful. It is a nice quiet upscale hotel, close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

Sorry for the delay in thanking you for the lovely 5 star review you gave us recently. We're pleased you enjoyed your stay with us, and I agree, the sunset views over the water are spectacular, with the olympic mountains in the background, just gorgeous. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have you in our care again in the near future...since you're local, perhaps a weekend stay this holiday season to enjoy Snowflake Lane? All the best.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Westin in Bellevue for 2 nights, along with some friends in 2 additional rooms. From the time I made the booking all the way through the stay, we were all impressed. Kristen, the night manager, was extremely helpful the whole way through.

When we arrived, the parking attendants and the bell man were super friendly, and the parking guys helped me retrieve items from my car multiple times. The on-site management was great, and the concierge helped us with some reservations as well. Kristen had even arranged to have our room upgraded and adjacent to our friends so we could open up the door between the suites. She also made sure our third room was on the same floor as close as possible to us.

The location is fantastic - across the street from the mall, and walking distance to many great restaurants. We went into downtown Seattle one night and the concierge helped us with travel options.

The rooms were super clean, and that Heavenly bed is amazing. I will definitely go back to this Westin.

Thanks team!

very nice hotel, friendly staff. rooms are clean but they need to upgrade to queen size beds in their rooms. double size beds are too small for a family of 4. location is the reason we chose the Westin. right across the street means you can go back to your room to relax and drop off the shopping bags.

Thank you for your comments about our hotel, friendly staff, and location...you're right, it's so wonderful to be able to just drop off your packages in your room and walk back across the skybridge for additional retail therapy! We completely understand your comment about a family of four sleeping in double beds, and I might suggest another alternative for your next visit. A two bedroom Executive Suite might work well, since it has a King bed on one side for the adults, a small parlor in the middle (for all those packages), and another bedroom with 2 double beds on the other side for the kiddos...just a thought. Thank you again, we appreciate all of your comments, and will look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Be well.

Stayed here to be close to the office I was working out of for the week, was within walking distance which was very nice. Got up each morning and swam in the pool and lounged in the hot tub before work (when you are on the West Coast and your mind is on East Coast time, it's easy to get up early.)

I slept like an angel in the bed, and the shower was amazing. Many options for restaurants around the hotel to eat dinner at night, and close enough to drop off your bag before heading to dinner/shopping.

We are so delighted that you enjoyed our facilities and location during your week-long stay with us, we understand how tough it is to be away from home for such a long stretch of time! Maybe next time you can bring your daughters and enjoy the skiing that is close by (only 1/2 hour away, and fabulous!). Thank you for the nice post, and we look forward to having you back with us again soon.

If there is anything else we can do in the future to make your stay more pleasurable, please do not hesitate to reach out to me personally at cindi.breen@westin.com and we would be happy to assist.

Be well.
