Stayed here with my husband for a short business trip and the location is great for shopping, entertainment (you can get straight to the IMAX movie theater from the 3rd floor of the hotel) and close to very good restaurants. The room was modern and clean and the bedding very comfortable. A minor inconvenience was that our bathroom featured only a small, standard sink with no space to place any personal toiletries. The check-in personal was very friendly and I also enjoyed my visit to the Truce spa at the hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is only open for breakfast and dinner, so you cannot have a drink outside of those hours which is a bit strange for a property with a 4 1/2 star rating. Also the service there was not very welcoming and I didn't like the cappuccino I was served. We very much enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch at the healthy "Evolution Fresh" Cafe just across the road.

We’re delighted you visited our hotel with your husband for this business trip and thank you for the accolades regarding our location, our very comfortable Heavenly Bed and wonderful staff. We apologize your accessible guest room did not meet your needs but are pleased you found it modern and clean.

Luxurious Truce Spa is the perfect place for a revitalizing renewal for your senses, body and mind. We’re pleased your visit there was refreshing. We sincerely regret your experience at Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar did not meet your expectation of the personal customer service we’re known for and will share your remarks with our restaurant management staff.

We appreciate your review and hope you will spend time with us again in the near future.

Rodent droppings
We noticed several droppings under the sink and around door in bathroom

They were black droppings

We went to general manager who said he would investigate

We received a report from him that it was burnt toast

I have photos of the droppings and it could not be toast

1 it was under sink
2 it was black
3 the shape was not possible to be toast

Very disappointed in lack of seriousness put on this by Westin

The hotel is in a great location but to have what appears to be rat droppings in your room!

This hotel is the closest one to Bellevue Square. Right across the street and the skywalk next door allows you to bypass the street right to the mall. All the best restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is one of the newest in Bellevue and the rooms are well appointed. My only criticism is the lobby and common areas are rather bland. Restaurant and lounge are more befitting a three star hotel than a top scale hotel. Service is fair but again, more befitting three star than four or five star. Just not polished enough.

Room Tip: Best views are south facing. This also avoids looking into another hotel or office building nearby.

We appreciate you selecting our hotel for your Bellevue stay. Our location is, indeed, fantastic for our guests ready to explore amazing restaurants and upscale shopping within the Bellevue Collection and sky bridges make it very convenient for our guests to enjoy our city on foot.

We’re delighted you found our guest rooms well appointed. We apologize if the modern ambiance of our lobby was not appealing for your taste. Plans are in place for a renewing rejuvenation of our restaurant Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar this fall for a refreshing new look to be completed just in time for the holiday season.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back the next time you are in Bellevue.

Overall good stay, but upon waking in the morning and deciding to make an early cup of coffee, found the coffee maker quite disgusting. Looked like it had not even been rinsed since the last use. Dried streaks and crusty coffee stains all inside the filter tray. Had to walk to the mall across the street for morning cup of java.

We've stayed at this Westin more than once and still can't get over the lobby - vast open space with benches along a wall. Once you get past the lobby, this is a very nice property. The rooms are well done and many have beautiful views. Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar is exactly that - not really a full service restaurant. For that you will need to venture off property but there are many fine dining options literally steps away.

Thank you for sharing your comments with us. A new feature in our lobby is the addition of a deluxe computer desk station. Our business travelers are finding it quite useful to accommodate their needs. We are pleased to hear that you found our rooms well appointed and enjoyed the beautiful views. Along with Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar there are numerous restaurants and eating bistros close by offering a vast array of dining options to suit any taste.

We hope to welcome you back to The Westin Bellevue soon.

Hardwares and location are fine. Front desk staffs are friendly although not particularly good at giving directions.

Anyhow, room services here are just bad. We checked in as four guests - the room that Westin arranged and provided was obviously prepared only for two. We had to call room services ourself to get the extra pillow and bed sheets for our other two people. Not sure if this is a US thing or what, but no toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers were provided. Only two bottled water was provided. We had to make calls to arrange for these extra things that we needed. I find this to be particularly frustrating when we didn't exactly pay a cheap price or got a killing discount on this room or anything (~600USD for one night stay for four- I would've expected something better).

On breakfast, the hotel provided a 50$ USD worth of complimentary coupon for a restaurant/bar located right next to its lobby. The restaurant was bit pricy and the coupon wasn't really enough to cover the price for four. I wouldn't really have a problem with the price if the food there tasted great if not at least decent or acceptable - it didn't. I know that's just my personal taste, but if you like mould on your berries or swarms of flies hovering over above the plates of fruits that you or your family may dig in later, go crazy.

Not going to stay at any Westin anymore, at least not for this five star hotel price that it would like to charge. I had to ask whether Westin is a 3 star or 4 star hotel (in which case, any and all of my grudges would've been settled), I laughed when I heard that its a five star. My first time ever leaving a review on the internet and it goes to Westin. Cheers.

PS. WIFI there cost money. Cheapest option costs like 12$USD for 24 hours if I remember correctly. My Canadian cellphone company offers a roaming internet package for 7.99USD for 24 hours. This is so ridiculous when our family paid the expensive price that we paid to stay in the hotel and we still need to pay to use it's internet, price of which is more expensive than what I would pay on roaming international use. Gee, Westin.

Thank you for taking time to share some feedback regarding your stay with us. I have shared your feedback regarding the accommodations of your room with our management team and understand your frustration with the calls you needed to make to receive extra bedding and toiletries. Please know that our Front Office Manager has met with the team to discuss updated procedures to ensure better outcomes under these circumstances.

Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar enjoys a fine reputation with our loyal guests and local clientele frequent our restaurant for the appetizing breakfast buffet we offer. It is very unusual we hear comments such as you mention so we are perplexed; however, we sincerely regret your experience there was unpleasant for you and will share your concerns with our culinary management. We do offer complimentary internet in our lobby and Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar. In guest rooms, internet is available at $12.95 per 24 hour period and guests may connect up to three devices.

The staff at The Westin Bellevue works very hard to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and we apologize we did not meet your expectations. We value your business and hope that you will allow us the opportunity to redeem ourselves.

The Westin in Bellvue was a great stay for our family unfortunately the valet experience wasn't so great. We had our truck brought up to us and when checked out. When we arrived at our next destination we noticed the scrape against a cement pillar. I wish I would have checked the truck before I had left. I have asked for video footage and it wasn't provided. The whole incident has been swept under the carpet. So basically I have been told that because I didn't check for damages when I left it could have happened anywhere.

So my advice to all of you is check your vehicle for damages because this is not there first incident. So instead of spending $250 for a one night stay it cost me $1000.

We were very sorry to learn of the unfortunate valet experience you encountered during your recent visit. Our parking garage and valet service are operated by an outside vendor, a highly reputable company who pride themselves on providing excellent customer service to all of our guests. Your comments and feedback are important to us, and as of this writing, we have actually talked directly with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, taking ownership for doing the right thing in providing monetary compensation even though our hotel was not at fault.

We look forward to having you and your family back to our hotel later this month, but in the meantime, please reach out to us if there is anything else you need.

Be well.
