This is a great hotel in a very convenient location.

The staff was friendly/professional and the room was impeccable.

No complaints what so ever.

Keep up the good work Westin Bellevue!

I recently stayed at the Westin, along with several other members of my extended family as part of a weekend event (held at the Westin). As a frequent business traveler and SPG Gold member, I found the hotel to meet most of my expectations.

It was clean, the service was, in general, above average and the location was great. The amenities were nice--flat screens, comfy beds, nice gym, the Wii fit :).

You do hear a bit of street noise although it is not awful and the rooms are smallish--especially for a non-Bay Area/NYC hotel. Responsiveness to operator calls was not great--but that was just a minor annoyance. The one downside for leisure traverls--and maybe even biz travelers was the lack of breakfast options. The hotel offers a $21 buffett and the Palomino restaurant will start offering breakfast this week. We had to walk for 15 minutes to find an early morning alternative.

I'd stay here again...great for business..okay for leisure and nicely appointed.

Great location, great service, great pool, just an excellent hotel. Kid friendly and within walking distance of several great restaurants. Across the street from Bellevue Square Shopping Mall.

The Westin Bellevue is a very nicely designed, comfortable hotel. It caters well to business-travelers with in-room Internet Access (for $10), a nice desk and lighting, personal coffee maker, fantastic gym and lap pool, and 24 hour room service.

The Westin Heavenly bed is very comfortable and certainly a welcome landing spot at the end of long trip.

All that said, nothing blows you away. It's a bit pricey. There were tiny less-than-perfect details like being given a room with double beds when I booked a King, the remote control for the TV being flaky and the shower head leaking.

I'd stay again because the location is great, its near a few good restaurants, and the beds are really comfortable.

Thank you very much for your candid and helpful remarks relative to your recent stay with our hotel. My apologies to you for not receiving the King bed you requested, and I'll be sure to personally make that happen for you the next time you visit, just let me know when you are coming back to stay with us.

I'm happy to see you enjoyed the Westin Workout and our lap pool, the next time you return you'll have to give our new Wii workout a try!

Great hotel - top notch for business. I was very surprised with this hotel - Who would've thought downtown Bellevue would be so happening?

It's centrally located, easy walking distance from shops (grocery store, b&n, coffee).

The rooms are super clean, beds are very comfy.

The only downside, if I had to find one, is the parking - it's underground, floors 4/5, and you have to park in unnumbered spots. It's also a small walk to get to the hotel.

Staying there again in a week!

Highly recommended.
