I have been going here for ten years plus. Most recently some major architectural work has begun on the site which in the end may somewhat detract from the experience but hopefully not too much, the original building was a little small especially for community events.
Irrespective of the time of year this is an interesting place to visit though the best times are in the spring and summer.
In the height of summer you can experience live entertainment and at Christmas time there are often seasonal light features created by the local community of volunteers.
My children love the oriental garden and the areas with bronzes.
