People actually rated this place 5 stars? It may have been 5 stars compared to the other two hotels located next door (each of which costs less) but compared to hotels elsewhere this place is average. It's not bad, mind you. Stayed here for four nights for business. The staff was nice enough. The "Bistro" is predictable, sitting off to the side of the predictable lobby.
The hallway on the second floor was about 55 degrees as the air was blowing constantly and it was as if it was drawing in cold air from outside.
The room was average (there's that word again). Typical corporate hotel design. I looked at the mirror, which had a decent looking frame, but couldn't help visually the crate of identical mirrors that must have been delivered when this place was last redecorated. Bath towels super thin. Pillows that fluff up big but offer no real support. Woke up with a sore neck one morning, and the next with a sore back.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the 520 freeway, except its so close you can hear the highway and MAY be the reason they offer complimentary ear plugs in the room (first time I ever saw those in a hotel room). Didn't need the ear plugs fortunately.
There are so many hotels in this area, its likely I will try one of those before I go back to this place. Life is too short to stay at this place again without trying another place in the area first.

I have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Bellevue, Washington, three times now. Each time, I have enjoyed a great stay. The rooms are comfortable, there is free parking and free wifi, and the breakfast is good. If you like to work out in the morning, their gym is large and well-appointed. The staff is friendly, the building is very clean, comfortable, and very modern. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Room Tip: ask for a room away from the elevators!

torn on this review, because the front desk staff was amazing, but the bar staff was mediocre at best.. The gal that checked me in was new, but super polite. Jake ( also at the other front desk) was helping her out and checking folks in at the same time. Went to the front desk a few times and Jake was an example of how a front desk should be run. Rooms were clean and up to date.. That said, the bar staff was pretty bad...

I stayed here for three weeks in November and December 2012. The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. The staff are, however, fantastic; really friendly and helpful. Next time i'm in Bellevue, this is where i'll stay.

I hadn't stayed here for a number of years. It has been updated and is very fresh and clean. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint is the heat seemed to reset itself to 72 at about 5:00 a.m. every morning which is too warm for me. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: There is no elevator, so if you don't like stairs ask for a room on the first floor.

We had a nice relaxing family weekend getaway this beautifully decorated hotel. The front desk were very helpful and even gave our 2 year old daughter a little stuffed animal when we arrived. They were able to give us a room on the first floor like we asked. The lobby is inviting and the bistro restaurant is really good. We loved the booths with the flatscreen tvs. The room was comfortable with everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and spa. It's a beautiful pool/spa/game room area. The hotel is in a nice area with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. We wanted to stay near Seattle and it was a quick 10-15 minute drive.

You had to look hard so not to miss the small sign for the hotel. It was back of another similar type hotel, Springfield Suites (?). The guy at the check-in desk wasn't very friendly. This was spread out like a typical motel since we had to drive our car to the back of the hotel to get closer to our room. The breakfast had limited choice and not included with the room. The rooms were nice but without wifi. There were a couple computer/printer stations to print out our boarding passes and access the internet but one did not work. The staff person didn't know how to fix it.
