The hotel is brand new, very cozy lobby. The rooms are a bit small for what we are use too from a Residence inn, but very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Reaching the end of my long drive from LA to Seattle, I checked into this hotel and was pleasantly surprised with - everything! The staff was beyond nice - friendly, welcoming, going above and beyond to help as much as possible. The hotel has recently renovated or opened, and so everything was modern and clean and well organized. My room shocked me at how homey it was - probably because the layout was identical to my studio apartment in Manhattan some years ago! There was less a "kitchenette" than what felt like a full on kitchen with everything, even a dishwasher! Ample dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils - I was amazed. They even provided a list for groceries you could fill out, and they would provide for you.

As for all else - bathroom was spacious and clean, bed was as comfortable as possible. The huge flat screen TV was on a 360 degree swivel so you could watch it in bed, at the kitchen table, or on the couch. The decor had enough small touches to make it more homey and less hotel-like.

A few minor strikes - the wireless connection was spotty and kept blocking internet sites for no real reason, and the $10/day parking seemed an unnecessary charge for a city that relied on cars for transportation. I did get a room that overlooked the Natural Preserve, but in all honesty it was not much to look at. There was no room service either, but given the kitchen & groceries service it makes sense.

We're hoping to relocate to Seattle and this seems the perfect place to stay while searching for the perfect residence nearby.

My wife was most struck by the kindness and consideration of the hotel staff. The rooms were more than we expected, the location is great and I do not beleive Marriott could have made our stay any better.

We stayed here for a weekend in May with extended family including teenagers. This hotel is less than a year old and is beautiful. The lobby is bright and well decorated with lots of seating. The rooms are extremely well laid out and every inch of space is well thought out in design and use of space terms. Fantastic to have a kitchen in your room.

The breakfast was abundant and complimentary, adding to the value of a stay at this hotel. We paid $89/night under the "Cars Eat Free" promotion. This included a $25 Shell Gas card for each night , free parking, and the complimentary breakfast.

The Xbox room is a nice feature. Several gaming systems are available with bean bag seating. There is also a large plasma tv and huge sectional, along with 3 computers with desk-like seating.
The pool and work-out room were very nice and clean - we had the place to ourselves.

The location of the hotel is right off the 405 a couple of doors down from the Sheraton and the Hilton. We had a room that faced the back away from the highway and had no issues with noise. We also could not hear any noise in the hallways or the rooms adjoining. I think that even if you had a room that faced the highway, noise would not be an issue as the walls seem to be very well insulated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Bellevue/Seattle area.

The only complaint I have is that our check-in did not go smoothly. We had asked for an early check-in which they were not able to provide. Upon returning 2 hours later at the regular check-in time, they only had one room available. We did not get our second room until an hour and a half later. The room they gave us was not beside the first room, as we had requested, and when we picked up the keys and went to the room, the maids were still in the room cleaning!

We are a family of 3, 2 adults and our 7yr old son. We visit Seattle once a year to see the sights and do some shopping. We have learned that to stay downtown is very busy, noisy, and can be very expensive. The city of Bellevue is only about 12 - 15 minutes from downtown so for the savings in the room cost this is a great trade off. The hotel is relatively new just like other reviews and as such it is in great condition. We got a great rate of $89 per night and this included a $25 gas card for each night we stayed, on the weekend, this price includes a great breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, juice, yogurt, cereal. A wide assortment of items for everyones taste. Our room faced the freeway but we did not experience any extra noise. The hotel was packed this weekend with families, sports and club teams but even with the full occupancy, we never heard anyone, not in the hallways, not above us. The rooms are great, high end finishing, with full kitchens, comfortable beds, shower/tub bathrooms. The room that we stayed in was a studio suite, great for a couple or in our case with 1 child. If there were more than 3 people in the room it may get a little crowded, not because it was small room but with the layout there would not be any privacy. There is plenty of seating for breakfast, there is a little snack store in the lobby but I would suggest hitting the local "C" store or market to buy your snacks or spirits as the prices are marked up. There is an XBox room in the lobby for the kids to play games on, great idea, a kids congregating place, my son did not use it and on the odd occassion when we walked past it did not appear very busy. The pool area is great, nice and bright and next to the fitness facility that looked well equiped. The lobby staff are great, we checked in, asked for local maps and directions and if they did not have it at that moment, it was no big deal to research it and provide the details promptly The location and features of the property will draw us back again, we may next time get the 1 bedroom suite.

On a side note, the City of Bellevue has lots to offer, the dowtown core is only minutes away by car and easy to navigate, some great stores and restaurants all easily accesible from the hotel.

Brand new hotel with all the amenities expected of an Residence Inn. Free high speed internet. This is a great property for families with children. We had a two bedroom suite which allowed parents to hangout in separate room (either living room or bedrom). X Box room was an added perk for children.
