This is a very convenient and nice property overall. Service is good, the breakfast is decent, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the beds are comfortable.

Only issue I had was that I could hear the highway noise on I-90. Definitely think they could have spent some money on sound proof windows. That said the hotel is on a tree lined street just off I-90 so very convenient to both Seattle and the airport. Would probably stay again.

Room Tip: Try to get a room away from the highway.

We found this a mixed bag - not sure I would stay here again for a visit to Seattle. First - it is very near the freeway , we had noise all night long, on top of that a bus transportation center was also near our room. The carpet was too loose, causing a tripping hazard, and the room was very small. We asked for a different room, but issues were the same. Having said this, the staff was very friendly - bar service and breakfast staff were great. Nice choice of items for breakfast as well. We stayed out of Seattle to avoid higher costs and parking - BUT ended up paying a ton to park downtown anyway, so go figure!

Room Tip: Do not have room facing transportation hub.

Actually very easy to get to from Seattle, the usual destination city. Close to the most pleasant walk on Mercer Island. Easy access to shopping amenities at Factoria, and restaurants (Musashi Sushi was fabulous.) Easy free parking on site at hotel; professional and helpful staff with welcoming registration. Fantastic complimentary breakfast with a wide hot selection, and great coffee. Pleasant seating, with an outdoor eating area and welcoming open-flame fireplace (tho' did not sit there.) The King bed was exceptionally comfortable. We liked the windows opening to the fresh air.

I stay here quite often. Typically for three to four nights. The bar and grill staff (Peter, and Lisa) are the friendliest food and beverage service folks just about anywhere. They have been here for a number of years, they know the regulars, the frequent flyers, and they know how to make everyone happy. They always greet their guests with a big smile and offer them their "usual" or they are happy to make you something new. Highly recommend staying here for the early AM eats and the bar and grill warmth and service.

Room Tip: Get a room away from the highway-side. Highway-side is not bad but it will be quieter away.
