The hotel is nice and clean - seems new! Stayed one night for business and the rooms were large enough that we could set up a projector and rehearse our presentation with 4 people in the room. We enjoyed the bar/restuarant area in the evening and breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed twice at Hyatt place in 2012 for business purposes.
Although I am not any specific priority member for Hyatt group.
They treated me really well. When I need to get fax done,
although business center does not have fax. Manager went out of
his way and got the fax done as first priority. Something like this
much customer priority I have not seen in other hotels so far.
The rooms are nice and cozy ,and from the room, you can see the
mountain range and nice little sub-urban and natural view of Seattle.

I would like to stay here again, if get a chance. The room rates, were also
very reasonable as compared to other hotels in the area.
Thumbs Up for Hyatt House , Bellevue, WA

I have never stayed in Bellevue before. I prefer to stay downtown Seattle. To me, Bellevue has no real appeal. It is a nice suburb with a mall.
That being said, if you do need to stay in Bellevue, this is a wonderful place. I paid 86 dollars for it on Hotwire in March. It is the only hotel in its area and star range with its specific amenities, so you can be pretty confident when bidding.
When travelling with kids, we like a place with a nice indoor pool, and included breakfast. Both of these features are top-notch. The pool area was immaculate and comfortable and the breakfast area was beautiful. Food was great.
Room was extremely clean, and no discernible noise from the freeway (our room faced the front of the hotel, freeway runs along the side).
The only downside to this property is that it's not really close to downtown Bellevue.
I would absolutely stay here again.

We were just in this area for one night and found this property on line that seemed to have everything I wanted. I wasn't disappointed. We were travelling with 2 kid's, so I wanted a indoor pool (for the time of year we were there an outdoor pool would have been too cold), and I wanted a breakfast included.

we had a 1 bedroom suite with a pull out bed in the living area. Apparently the pull out wasn't very comfortable, according to the kid's, but that is pretty much to be expected for that kind of bed. The King bed was lovely as was the decor in the room. It had everything we needed and more, even a small kitchen area (which we didn't use) but was very nice to have. The buffet style hot breakfast was WONDERFUL. I wasn't really expecting too much, but it had so much. French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, omelets made to order as well as all the continental type items as well. Well worth it!!! Pool/hot tub area was nice as well.

The location was so-so - not too much around you - definitely needed a car but that was ok as we had one and went to check out Bellevue square with all the shops and restaurants and it was only a couple exits away - worth the trip to.

I would for sure stay here again if need be. Staff was great too!

From the time you check in the Hyatt House really feels like home. Staff is friendly and professional, property is clean and modern, and the breakfast is wonderful--lots of choices, several staff including an omelet chef. Our room wasn't huge, but just fine for 3 nights, and quiet. with black out curtains and upscale linens on a comfy bed. They even have complimentary infused ice water and hot cider in the lobby all day, plus free covered parking, wi-fi, and local calls! The location is great for access to Seattle, Bellevue (I-90 or 405). Good restaurants nearby and shopping at Factoria Square if you don't want to go into Bellevue.

Room Tip: We asked for upper level (5) and the quiet side (either facing north or east). Elevator was a bit s...

Check-in was extremely fast less than 2 minutes. Room was clean, fresh, and comfortable. We were surprised to find the breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. IMO, the best part was ample parking and wifi was free. The staff was very friendly.

Everything looked new and even smelled new. The rooms were spacious and appreciate the kitchenette. We did not use the pool or exercise room but we can see people in there, making use of it. We appreciate the two single sofa seats rather than your standard two-person sofa. Well the decor of the room was fine, the bathroom was a little bland. It's pretty big compared to some other hotels but contained only a toilet and bath tub. No other shelves or anything.

The one unfortunate thing was that when we called to confirm the room and tried to change the room type, we weren't allowed to until we checked in. When we did, the hotel was already sold out hence we were stuck with what we got. On the flip side, we appreciate how they placed out three rooms in the same area so that we didn't have to travel to another floor. Because it was sold out, we appreciate their intentional decision to do so as other hotels normally don't.

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. A+ to them.
