We went away for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We had stayed at this hotel the year before without any issues, but on this trip we experienced the worst customer service ever! We checked into our first room only to walk in and find others staying there. Ok funny, mistakes happen. Second room we find the same thing! They had given us keys to another couples room! We are good natured and told the staff mistakes can happen. They offered us free breakfast for the inconvenience and we were happy with that until we checked into our third room which was a smoking room. We can't tolerate smoke so we again made a trip to the front desk for a new room. This is when the staff started giving us attitude as though we were to blame for all the trouble. The front desk person informes us that they didn't have any smoke free rooms for two consecutive nights so we would need to switch rooms after the first night. She then proceeded to take away our free breakfast! We asked why and she said the free breakfast was for taking a smoking room. We quickly reminded her it was for the inconvenience of the first two rooms and she gave it back to us, but with much attitude. The fourth room was fine, but we were inconvenienced when we had to move the next day. I will never stay in this hotel again just because of the poor customer service!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel. The beds were comfy, rooms clean and we had a nice view over Lake Washington.

For out-of-town Seahawk fans, it is an easy commute on the #550 bus right to the Stadium. Just 4 blocks to walk and get on the express bus for $2.50 on a Sunday. No paying for parking and not waiting in all that traffic just to have the "convenience of having the car". We were downtown from Bellevue in 30 - 40 minutes.

We did the bed and breakfast package which was well worth it. The food was good and plentiful. The service was better on the weekend than on the Monday (they never did clear our dirty dishes off of the table).

I would stay here again.

This Hyatt Regency had the most complete experience of any hotel I have stayed in recent memory. Let's start with the rooms: they were roomy, comfortable and the TV selection on cable offered a wide range of local and national channels. Internet service was fast and never interrupted. I would say its the most professional, friendly and warm front desk staff I have ever met. They were quick to retrieve a package of mine. THey lent us a tall table for the booth at the trade show where we worked. The staff at the in-house coffee shop were competent and always worked with a smile. The restaurant menu selection was comprehensive yet not too long on information. It was an outstanding hotel to stay in!

Room Tip: Choose the back side of the hotel, facing he mountains in the distance. Well worth switching to this...

Great place to stay for a shopping trip in Bellevue. You get what you would expect for the Hyatt. Clean modern rooms, mostly would stay again for the location. Service was also good but probably could have been a little better for this being the Hyatt. I guess with that name , I would expect it to be more than average.

I stayed in October 2012 to attend a conference. It is an excellent, clean and modern hotel with all the trappings you would expect.

Just be careful that some of the restraunts and bars around the foyer are not actually part of the hotel, which canbe very confusing.

Would be delighted to come back.

A grand hotel in Bellevue. According to the cab driver who drove me from the airport to the hotel, this is THE best hotel in Bellevue. Well, my first trip to Bellevue, so nothing to compare against but I'll take his word for it.

This looks like a big convention hotel, with a many conference rooms and a big ballroom. During my stay, it was essentially sold out, as my colleague who wanted to extend a nights stay could not get a room.

Upon check in, if you are not in the Hyatt Gold Passport member, they will enroll you. There is also self-service check-in counters.

I had a room on the Cascade Tower side. The room is big and comfortable but does look a bit dated in decor. Very 90s era, I felt.

Wired internet and Wifi comes free with my room. Not sure if it's standard or for the Gold Club members only.

Location-wise, plenty of restaurants around. Joey's is across from the entrace driveway, a popular place, I've heard. There is Din Tai Fung restaurant across at Lincoln Square, which can be reached from the hotel via the Skybridge to Lincoln Square. Tully's cafe is near the main entrance of the hotel.

Good for business travellers.

We had a very nice visit at the Hyatt in Bellevue but were surprised that there was a charge for wifi. I thought it was part of our package. We haven't been charged for wifi for a very long time. Other than that, the room was very comfortable, and the location can't be beat.
