“Not the best place I've stayed”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 29, 2013

I called ahead and asked for a quiet room for our family. I was pleased that we were able to get it. There was also an ad online that said this hotel offered free parking. When arriving the front desk said no there is $15 parking. Once I emailed the manager the link that showed free parking for the hotel, the charges were taken care of. When I checked in the gentleman at the front desk swiped my card. I assumed it was for the room and maybe $15 per day for incidentals. Well find out later that they charged $50 a day for incidentals! Would've liked to know this at time of check in!! Called accounting department and the man was very rude! He told me "well it does say that on your card key holder, so anyway". Wow I have worked at a Hilton property in my area and I'm shocked at the behavior from some of these employees. Won't be staying at this property again!

I was not too familiar with the area when I traveled there, but it is just off of downtown Bellvue. The hotel is older, but has been remodeled. I had a standard king room facing the parking lot. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I used room service, which was decent but overly pricy. I also thought it was unreasonable to have to pay for parking when it is a large property that 95% of people drive to. Nickle and dime. Also, you have to walk a long distance from the parking lot to the room. Long corridors and the parking is away from the building. A free breakfast would have been helpful as well.

In all I would stay again, but I wouldn't be excited about it.

Room Tip: I don't know if any of the rooms really have a view. I was on the fourth floor and there was jus...

Stayed for four nights on a recent business trip, check-in was quick and painless. But once you exit the elevators, you quickly see this is a tired looking hotel, I could not quite figure out if the carpets in the hallways were designed to look as they were, or if in fact they were just really worn out...

The rooms are large, the bed average for comfort, except that the sheet had some sort of stains on them that had not came out in the last wash, at least I hoped they had been !

Over due for a "refresh"

Good value; location great if you've got business needs in the area (but not suited for tourist activities). I hopped a quick shuttle from the airport for $19. This hotel is well appointed and staff very friendly/helpful but like most business level hotels only provides the free wifi in the lobby.... I ate from the bar menu which was tasty and relatively good value. There is a restaurant but it was empty (low season) and the nearest external eateries are >2 blocks away. Would happily return if had business in the area.

Great accommodations in every way. I was in Seattle for the Women's Convocation so was shuttling back and forth two or three times each day. The shuttle drivers were exceptional; courteous, friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more!

This Hilton got a very good rating because I have stayed in other Hilton's with better room accommodations. The location to the convention center was ideal and having a shuttle to take to the center was worth the stay, with or without free parking. The complimentary breakfast was an unexpected treat that should be considered as part of the Hilton's service to their guests. All the staff were excellent and I will use this and other Hilton's again in the future.

Very nice accommodations; clean, modern, spacious & comfortable. The front desk was friendly, efficient and helpful. The only complaint I really have is the poor service in the bar the night we visited.
