“Really nice service and great hotel”

It's a Hilton so of course you know what to expect. I was really pleased at how nice the hotel was and how fabulous the service was! Huge room with a really comfy bed. Turn down service and bottled water. The front desk was so kind and warm even in the middle of the night. Not only did they accommodate us for late check-out but even a super late check out (3 pm!). Made for a wonderful New Year's weekend and start to 2013.

Staying at the Hilton Bellevue for business. Hotel has a good location and room is spacious but of poor quality. Cupboard is broken, lights dont all work. Towels are messed up and therefore looked used.
TV use was very old fashioned and also looks worn out.
Only staying here as its close to work but on the next visit I shall be staying elsewhere as this isnt the most accommodating.

This hotel is about 1.4 miles from the Bellevue Mall, a bit far too far to walk in winter month, but the room is spacious and service is absolutely excellent. Unfortuantely, like a lot of the Hilton facilities, the hotel feels old and could use some renovation. My room was next to some kind of generator/AC, so I could hear the machine noise, but my kids' room was very quiet.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times in business. The rooms are appointed typically for a business type hotel. No bottled water in the room which is a bit surprising since I'm a Hilton Diamond member and I would have expected that. There is an executive lounge but I have never had time to visit it when I'm here. Parking is free and all spots close to the hotel entrance even if fairly full.

The lobby is spacious but looks a bit dated. I usually visit Microsoft when here and it's only a 10-15 min drive so quite convenient in terms of location.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times as a couples get away. We live nearby but since the parking is free and we've either used Hilton points or taken advantage of cheap weekend rates ($99 the Sunday before Christmas) it's been a good value. The reason we like the location is that they provide a free local shuttle so we can get to either John Howie Steak or Wild Ginger at the Bravern, have a few drinks and not have to worry about driving.

The hotel is definitely dated and nothing special but it's clean and the staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms we've had have been slightly larger than a typical hotel room. The restaurant is a typical hotel restaurant and I would only recommend it for breakfast given the other eating options nearby.

The weekends we've stayed have been empty and it does seem better suited for business travelers. The executive lounge is better than most but I'm not sure it would be large enough on a busy day.

There are definitely more luxurious options nearby but considering what we want from our stay and the value we will probably be back.

An excellent hotel in Bellevue. Stayed here several times. All the rooms are quiet including the ones facing the highway 405. Sheraton's (just down the street) rooms facing 405 tend to noisy. Executive lounge is excellent with fresh fruits and great pastry. There's a coffee shop in the lobby which was great. You can sip a great cup of coffee while relaxing. Rooms are bigger than the Sheraton's. Here are some tips:
1. Use AAA rates over the weekend as you can get a room for $120 a night
2. Use the executive lounge as the breakfast buffet is great
3. Plenty of free parking
4. During the holiday season, take a cab (there's one always available at the hotel) as the parking fee is expensive in downtown or will have a difficult time finding a free parking
It's not fancy but it is a solid hotel with good service.

Room Tip: Stay away from the elevators.

I'm pretty sure this hotel won't be there in the next 10 years unless they do a serious re-vamp on it. I was there July 1st - and I hardly saw a soul. It was dead, and I think the reason for that is it's simply past it's prime. It looks like it might have been very lovely in the 80's, but it's very dated which makes it feel dirty even if it's not. We would have eaten in the restaurant but there was no one in it. I asked for a spoon and they had to go to the farthest corners of the hotel to find someone who knew where the spoons were. However, the rooms are large and it was cheap - probably good for a family with little ones who would have fun at the hum-drum pool.
