the room at upstair, but they never told me that 2nd floor no elevator except 3 rd floor but the elevator is not locate at the same building, you need to go to the end of the main building then walk all the way to the another building. at the middle of the night at 3am, there are some new tenant come in and start talking at the hall way so loud act like nobody just them. I have to call the front desk twice to report. so far it is acceptable .

Stayed here for a quick business trip to the area. Front desk staff was pleasant. Room was dated, but clean. Wi-fi was fine. Breakfast was simple and appreciated. No major complaints, but also no major raves. It served its purpose quite fine.

The staff is okay, I didn't notice anything particularly bad or anything with the housekeeping, and the "continental breakfast" serves 4 kinds of cereals instead of 2 so it is slightly ahead of everyone in that regard... but MAN, the wifi is so, so terrible that I just can't recommend this place if you need to use that feature at all. They do provide a very, very limited (I think 6 rooms total) number of "business suites" which require you to pay extra for the privilege of having Internet which does not drop you every 5 minutes, but frankly I would not recommend you patronize such price-gouging activities.

It is actually faster sometimes to steal the wifi at the local McDonald's. Better yet, since I can't condone using a service you're not really paying for, pack up your laptop and actually go in there, order something, and use it there. Unfortunately, I would not expect the wifi there to be stellar either owing to the fact that many other travelers here have probably also figured this out and will be overtaxing this poor restaurant's service. Alternatively, you can take a quick walk down to Starbucks' or Tully's, which are far enough away that people in this decrepit hotel can't steal their wifi. It's not ideal, not least of which because these places close up at 8 or 9, but if you're a businessperson who is stuck in such a situation, this is what you're left with.

Otherwise, the fact that the hotel rooms open directly to the street was a bit on the creepy side but it's in a part of the city (the Eastgate area of Bellevue) where you shouldn't expect any crime around this. I'd give it a solid 3 stars - good, not great, but usable - if it weren't for the wifi.

Dear Guest,

I can imagine how you were frustrated with the indecent WfFi service at that time, and I apologize for the inconvenience you have suffered. This property was taken over by new ownership as of Oct 1st, and providing descent Internet connectivity via WiFi was on top of the issue list to tackle. Finally we are able to kick start the upgraded service from today, Oct 18th and I am excited that our guests can enjoy much improved Internet experience, however, we will continue to do our best to optimize Internet connectivity..

The Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially the young man who check us in on the Friday evening.

When we checked in the TV had no remote control - bedside lamp was not working - though reporting the lamp to maid did not help - the desk staff said that it was common for maid's to unplug that lamp during cleaning of room - sure enough lamp was unplugged.

We used the McDonald's Internet access as it was faster and more reliable than Day's Inn Internet service
