We stayed at the Red Roof on our way to South Carolina and again on our way home to Ohio. First stay we arrived around 7:00 p.m. One clerk on duty and 3 people ahead of me to check in. Took 15+ minutes. On the way home, one clerk on duty and 2 people ahead of us, however, this time computers were down. Another 15+ minutes for check in at 10:30 p.m. Really needs to have 2 people working evenings during summer travel season.
Otherwise, hotel was fine. Room was sufficient. Price was right. Breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, bagels. Didn't work for my son-in-law who can't eat gluten but was enough for us to get back on the road. We would stay here again.More
