Great Northern Italian Cuisine is not all that easy to find outside a metropolitan setting. This establishment though has excellent food, great recipes, terrific preparation from fresh ingredients, and superb service. The ambiance is not at all fancy. It is in line with the rural community it serves. The wine list could use some improvement in its range, for example, there was no red zinfandel at all the day we last were there. Parking can be difficult when they are busy as the building itself is close to the street. These minor items are the only reason I would not award five blips. I intend to eat there again, often!
