A group of four of us tried Casa Maria for the first time a few months ago - the Chicken Tinga (marinated, shredded chicken) was excellent in a sandwich (torta) and in tostados. The chips were warm and the salsa tasted homemade. The menu boasts few dishes not found in other local Mexican restaurants (where we have some authenticity as well as the usual, due to a growing Hispanic population), including some beverages more typico in restaurants in Mexico. I don't think the vegetarian meal worked out too well for one of us, but that may have been miscommunication as to what we wanted. I recommend the Tinga and the restaurant.
