“Fun Movie Outings! Don't forget student/child/55+ Discount!”
Reviewed June 10, 2013 via mobile

Great atmosphere, good food, good service, plenty of options for food and even more for drinks, free refills! A bit overpriced, even with student discount (DON'T FORGET THE STUDENT AND 55+ DISCOUNT). Food is overpriced and tickets sell fast (especially weekends) so buy tickets ahead of time if possible http://drafthouse.com/winchester but remember there is a tax online so if you happen to pass the theatre ahead of time, try buying there because it's just cheaper. Worth the experience though, again and again.

“They have it all.”
Reviewed June 2, 2013

They have it all here--food, movies, drinks, various seating, etc. I like that you can pre-purchase your tickets; I love the various events they do. It can be pricey when you add in a meal; the portions are a bit small for the prices, but to have food delivered to your movie seats is awesome! You can also eat in the lobby before heading into your movie theatre; seating is limited, so go early, well before your movie starts especially if you like to get your choice of movie seating. Theatres do tend to fill.

“Ok , but not everything could be or started out as”
Reviewed May 14, 2013 via mobile

We've spent a lot of time here and money. In the beginning when they opened. Food went steadily down hill, leaving out extras out little by little until it became tasteless. Example, quesadillas started with an avacado dip and fresh pica de gallo, both of which gone, so the went the taste... But price stayed the same. The popcorn is hit or miss when you ask for butter, most if the time they do not put butter on the first bowl we are served even though requested, in writing. When we complain they do put it on second bowl. It's happened over 90% of the time so it's obvious they are cutting costs and thinking we don't notice. We have actually started driving to Martinsburg again. Sad but true. We are so excited about the new theatre opening in the mall. We never use our debit or credit cards there anymore after they were hacked while ago and our bank gave us new cards . They say arrive 45 minutes early, which we always do, but if its a block buster be prepared to stand in line for an hour or more even if you arrive the standard 45 minutes early. That is ridiculus. We've waited for almost two hours before. Why do they run late like that? Why do they not inform us? We've already bought tickets so we are stuck. Seriously people, we just want to go to a movie. Not wrth the hassles anymore. We have spent way too much money there in the past, and experienced way too much bad experiences to keep going back. I don't like to vent or complain usually, but when you open a business, and we the clients pay and enjoy, it is expected to keep or even improve quality control. Breaks my heart.

“Date Night Destination par excellence!”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Love the fact they show old movies. Great Date Night Destination. Arrive early for the food, a bit high but very tasty, and premium seats.

“Favorite Theatre”
Reviewed April 28, 2013

I love seeing movies here. Staff is really helpful and though I find the food expensive, its a nice treat to eat and see a movie sometimes. I really love that they show classics like Its A Wonderful Life (near Christmas) and Rear Window, etc. And these are reasonably priced.
