We found Aroma's on Trip Advisor. It is a order at the counter- casual place with great food at very reasonable prices. I had the special- Monte Cristo on french toast with strawberry sauce- outstanding and worth every calorie. My husband and a breakfast platter, eggs, bacon, potatoes and fruit. It was a lot of food and he couldn't finish it. We look forward to going back to Aromas on our next trip to Williamsburg.

Thier breakfast blend is very good - smooth without any bitterness. They offer a frequent guest program - every eleventh cup is free.

Centrally located for Colonial Williamsburg, parking can be a problem but we always park in the multi-storey nearby, you have to pay to park but worth it for its location.
Aromas has a kind of Bohemian atmosphere and can be manic at lunch time. The cappuccino is good if a little strong, tea is great. My favorite food is the Cheese Melt, it is delicious. Considering its location it is reasonably priced and well worth a visit.

While not as popular as the Cheese Shop, this place also offers up great sandwiches and has a more varied menu. I would say that the wait for sandwiches is usually quicker as well.

Aroma's is a nice place set between the William and Mary Campus and the Colonial Williamsburg. It has a few outside seats and a few inside seats. College kids stop by for the coffee. They serve a small breakfast menu, but also offer sandwiches and soup as well as nachos. They have small bottles of beer and wine for sell with your meal, but they will need to open them for you. The house coffee is rather good, but we seemed to be the few not having one of the flavored coffees.
The place opens in the morning for breakfast and closes in the evening so you have a chance for a nice light sandwich late at night if you wish. The soup varieties are not bad either. They do close about 8 pm on a Sunday, but are open later on Saturday and Friday.
You place your order at the counter and pick it up when your name is called. It seems to be the trend of the sandwich shops in Williamsburg. The food is good but not fancy. We wish we could have visited longer in Williamsburg as this is a nice place to sit and relax.
