Food was terrific and it menu offers a good variety. Wait staff is attentive without seeming like they are hovering over you.

“good food, average environment”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 11, 2013

We stopped at Seasons for lunch on our way to a program at the DeWitt. We were seated promptly in a friendly but average room. It's in a strip of buildings beside some shops, so it's a pretty retail atmosphere. The waitress as ok, but not very attentive and the food took quite some time to arrive at our table. The food, however, was very good. We had the chicken salad sandwiches and ham/potato soup. It was delicious and fresh. I would go back for the food, but save time for the service.

“Disappointing”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 10, 2013

Certainly a convenient location. Ate there last November, and was pleased. However this trip was not good - apparently a new cook. We ate an early dinner on a Thursday, and were one of only about 3 parties in the place. I ordered the steak salad, my favorite dish. I asked the server to hold the chopped tomatoes. Not only did it arrive covered in chopped tomatoes, they were the worst looking tomatoes imaginable - chunks completely white. (Guys, if you can't get good produce, just tell people that menu item is off - don't serve bad stuff.) The "hot" bacon dressing was frig cold, so it was thick and gloppy. Very unappetizing. So neither the wait staff or the cook are paying attention. I'll go elsewhere next time.

“worst place to eat on vacation”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 8, 2013

this place was recommended by a couple we met walking through colonial williamsburg. i ordered a 12oz filet, 21.99, we had to get our own drinks from the bar, the waitress could not be bothered, no soup/salad/bread was offered or brought to the table, the filet was less than a quarter inch thick and 6 oz of that was fat. I paid for the meal, no tip obviously, and asked to see a manager, showed him the fat on the plate, and we told him about the lack of service to our table, he had no response for the meal and flatly stated that the service we received appeared to be inadequate!!! nice, now i know why the waitstaff is so bad, if he leads by example. never ever going back, overpriced and extremely bad service.

“Good place for brunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 2, 2013

We went here for Sunday brunch and I had the smoked salmon eggs benedict with cheese and shrimp grits and a side of hashbrowns and ate every last bite, it was so good. The coffee was also good, and the waitress kept the refills coming. The grits were really creamy and the hash browns were very nicely seasoned. The only complaint comes from the eggs benedict. While still tasty, the poached eggs were fully cooked so that the yolks were hard and the hollandaise sauce had a tad too much lemon juice and had separated. But again, it was still tasty and not enough of a problem for me to complain.
