“Costumer Service @ Busch Gardens”

Love the park, but had a bad time with renting a motorized cart. It broke down 30 minutes into our day, notified someone right away. We waited close tp 2 hours for a new one. It was a friday in Oct, cold and rainy and not busy, I have no idea why it took so long and no one else had a answer for us.
Park is great just not happy with the service we received this day.

The new sesame place characters and rides were such a big hit with the kids. Everything was accessible and kid friendly.

“Great Family Fun”
Reviewed October 23, 2009

An amazing and beautiful park (winner of the most beautiful amusement park in America award for years now). Great rides and only minutes away from tons of other attractions, like Water Country USA. Friendly and helpful staff from around the world. The only down side is that they've become much busier with the creation of the Fun Pass, which lets you go all month with the purchase of one ticket.

“Busch Gardens is a great place for families.”
Reviewed October 19, 2009

We purchased 7 day passes on the internet that were good for Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg and Water Country USA. What a great deal! We were in Williamsburg for a week and went back to Busch Gardens three times. My three year old son loved it! There were so many rides for little kids! And the Sesame Street area is great! My son was a little scared of the characters at first, but by the end of the trip, he was hugging them all and calling them his "friends". We loved the show at Octoberfest, the Sesame Street 4-D movie, the Land of the Dragons and, of course, Sesame Street. I think we're going back again next year!

“Rainy Day? No problem!”
Reviewed October 18, 2009

We visited October 2009. Temps were in the 50's with a steady, drizzly rain all day.

My daughters, ages 18, 16, and 12, all found the park to be just perfect. The lines were next to nothing on our Friday visit. They walked on, off, and back on rides quickly and rode each as often as they wanted. Water rides, of course, are closed at this time of the year, but all other rides were in service. We liked that the exits to most rides were not far from the entrances.

We travel a LOT (airline employees) and found that this park is a bit over priced compared to other great parks. We did locate 50.00 tickets at a hotel concierge in Virginia Beach. 12.00 parking is also a steeper than usual price.

The park was decked out for the Hallow Scream. My youngest daughter was not fond of this throughout the park. My older two loved it as did my husband. We found that the most scary rated maze wasn't that terrifying.

I did find that the "carny" type chatter in the game area was annoying.

We found the park easy to get around (though the map could be more clearly designed) and the size of the park quite easy to handle. (Smaller grounds than many parks.) The personnel at the park were very helpful and cordial.

I would suggest that this park could sell MANY more photos from rides if they'd reduce the prices. Instead of a family purchasing just one ride photo at 19.99, a family might opt to buy MANY the price was grealy reduced per picture. Just a thought.
