I stayed here for a wedding last weekend and it was so-so.

The positives:
-Great location near all off the Williamsburg attractions
- Loved the clean bed policy and guaranteed changing of duvets. I'm kind of a germ-a-phobe so I really appreciated this!
- Bed was fairly comfortable

Negatives:
- Mold in the bathroom shower
- No conditioner
- Slight damp feel to the carpet
- Asked the room to be cleaned between 9-10 and they said it would be no problem. We had people coming to get ready in the hotel room at Noon. We came back at Noon and housekeeping had not come to the room.
- Front desk recommended not to drink the tap water. They have some bottled water for sale, but if you're going here I'd recommend bringing your own water (will be less expensive).

My family and I stayed here in while visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country. The price was amazing and we couldn't pass it up! The hotel is very, very clean. The staff is very gracious and the breakfasts were hot and delicious. The hotel decor is very modern and complete with all necessary amenities. There are several restaurants and attractions nearby to make your stay very enjoyable. While the hotel says "suites" in the name...the room configurations do not feature separate bedrooms and living room areas. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay. The hotel across the street features rooms with separate bedrooms, but the price was much higher.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the elevator seem to be a good choice.

A great hotel in Williamsburg. It is only a few minutes from Busch Gardens, historic downtown and a short walk to many nice family restaurants. The hotel looks and feels brand new inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greated us each time we entered and asked if there was anything we needed. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and workout room. The hotel provides complimentary coffee and tea all day and complimentary hot breakfast from earlier than we got up until at least 10 am. It was really nice returning to this hotel each day. The family loved it.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a family of 4. We had a King room with a pull-out sofa. All the sheets and linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff checked in a little bit after we got to our room to make sure everything was OK. Breakfast area was a little crowded, but that's a matter of everyone trying to leave around the same time to see the sights. Location was very convenient.
