The location is very good. Not to far to Jamestown, Yorktown, and Olde Williamsburg. Close to outlet shopping. Indoor pool for the kids. The hotel is older and the rooms are a little smaller than the other Hamptons in town, which is no big deal when all I do is sleep there after being on the go all day at the historic sites. Plus the cost per night is less than other Hamptons. The mattress was good and firm. The bath towels could be a little bigger but better than most motels. Breakfast was good, plenty of seating too. Lots of restaurants close by.

The front desk staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and locating various types of stores. They provided a map and marked the routes. The breakfast selections were flavorful and hot and varied by day. Overall, we felt that this was definitely a hotel to revisit the next time we stay in the Williamsburg area.

I needed 5 rooms with different requirements for family members attending a wedding. From the first call I made to checkout, the whole experience was wonderful for everyone in the family. The staff went out of their way to greet family members and answer questions, the rooms were clean (and as an allergy sufferer, I can attest to the duvet washing - best hotel night's sleep I've had in a long time!). The price was competitive and the location was away from the tourist traps but close enough to everything to make it perfect. I'll definitely stay there again!

Typical Hampton experience. Good location short drive to Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Stayed during the week in what could be described as off season for the area. Feel I got good value for the price I paid.

This is a good Hampton - clean, functional, standard (good) breakfast. The difference was the staff! They were superb from making a complicated reservation for several rooms (for family), to pre-checking in, leaving gifts, and making sure everyone was comfortable. Can't say enough about how perfect they made this trip!
