“Visit to the decade ages”
Reviewed August 16, 2013 via mobile

This past Monday I visited dinosaur land with my niece and we had a blast. We had an amazing time running around looking at the amazing creatures from decades ago. We took hundreds of pictures and we had a amazing time. We will be returning.

“Forget your troubles and pretend you're a kid again.”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

No, you won’t find scary animatronic roaring dinosaurs here. What you will find are some fun dinosaurs and other interesting critters. Young children will love them! Children and uninhibited adults will enjoy posing for pictures with them. Our favorites were the praying mantis, cobra and Mylodon. Just watch your kiddies closely on the walk through all the breakable glass and ceramic items in the gift shop on the way to the entrance.

“Icky, Creepy, and Seriously Outdated”
Reviewed July 27, 2013

We just went today. So not impressed. Old, rundown, the science is outdated and the dinosaurs don't even look like some of the species they are trying to portray. Models are so old they have mold, holes, paint is chipping, and just poorly done.

I have preschool aged children and I'm pretty sure they just thought it was OK.

If you are into 1950's kitschy type stuff, this might be for you. Anybody else, best just to avoid.

“A great destination for the little Dinosaur fans in the family!!”
Reviewed June 2, 2013

While old, kitchy and 1960s, the children will love the many dinosaur types, historically accurate and educational!!

“Roadside Attraction past it's prime”
Reviewed May 19, 2013

This would be a fun attraction for preschool to early elementary children, but that's about it. My husband had went as a child so we decided to share some nostalgia with them. The dinosaurs really need touched-up as most had faded paint. My older children just had fun running around the dinosaurs and trail, but were done in about 20 minutes. The two families that arrived after us didn't even stay that long. A picnic table inside to enjoy a lunch would have made for a better visit, but only a few benches here and there. We ended up walking the trail twice to cover the $28 admission for our family of five. Our family's favorite part was sitting in King Kong's hand for photos, but other than that.....no. The store is your usual over-priced dollar-store quality knick knacks. The staff were polite the day we visited and we can mark this roadside attraction off our list.
