We were recommended to this place by numerous people while staying in the area for a weekend in late April, 2013. We were told the chef practiced in New Orleans for a while, and that many of the meals had a cajun flare. We were not disappointed.
We ordered the Mussels, beat salad, chicken & crab gumbo, and oyster poboy. All were very tasty. The Mussels were cooked in a light white cream sauce, that was very tasty. The gumbo had an amazing taste, and was extremely filling. I can't imagine a dish that wouldn't be good here, b/c every aspect was extremely solid.
You wouldn't expect this quality of food in little Waynesboro, but its definitely a must stop if you're in the area.
