Loved the whole experience. We had booked in for 2 nights for my husband to ride the Blue Ridge Parkway but we enjoyed Dave and Heidie's hospitality and accomodations so much we cancelled our reservations on the beach and stayed on. So much to see and do and also the perfect place to do nothing!

I've been going to the Inn for more than 7 years ... in that time I have had the pleasure of meeting all of the "Inn Keepers", but I have to say that Dave and Heidi go over and above. I brought more than 19 ladies up to scrapbook for the weekend. Dave provided us the tables, extra lights, and we gave him dinners that we had prepared ... it's like our extended family up in the mountains. Becuase of their openess and desire to please, we're heading back up in February!

The Iris Inn feels like being at home from the very first moment, even if we came from the Netherland. Dave and Heidi and the dog Katie are great hosts. Loved the healthy breakfast and the beautiful nature around the B&B. They also helped us with our trip to Miami. If you stay in the Waynesboro area, forget the other standard hotels, go to the Iris Inn!

My wife and I spent one night at the Inn in September. The place is beautiful and the hosts, Dave and Heidi were extremely attentive. We arrived pretty tired after several hours of riding our motorcycle under the rain. They immediately invited us with a glass of Argentinean wine and cheeses, and allowed us to wash and dry all our clothing.

Breakfast the next morning was great and all the goodies made from scratch at their kitchen. Their hospitality was impeccable and we look forward to returning soon!

Iris Inn is a wonderful place to visit with friends. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Dave and Heidi were very helpful and even printed out some bicycle maps for us. The "wine pouring" was great with refills and a chance to visit with friends. The lobby and the large porches made it easy to visit and there were even fresh chocolate chip cookies and apples! We asked if we could invite some friends for breakfast the last day and they were very accommodating and served us in their family dining room!

We hope to go back soon!

Dave and Heidi are great innkeepers! This is our third time staying there, and they were very accommodating with our 7 1/2 month old daughter. We stayed in the Hawks Nest suite for the second time, and we enjoyed the kitchenette and hot tub. The view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the observation tower is absolutely amazing. Heidi and Dave recommended Scotto's Italian Restaurant in Waynesboro, and it was wonderful. We look forward to our fourth stay!

The Iris Inn has such a beautiful layout and design features. It's like a mountain retreat from Colorado. Dave,Heidi and Katie were absolutely the best and as personable and gracious as could be expected. Their hospitality was second to none!
